SCARLETT POV

Brendon's parents decided to pay a visit and stay with us and meet their grandkids. They adored them so much.

"Happy anniversary babe" I turned around and saw Brendon standing at the door with a bouquet of flowers and a box of dark chocolate like every anniversary.

I finished pumping and put it all away.

I walked into the kitchen, finding Brendon cooking breakfast.

I sat at the dinning table. "One for the love of my life" he said placing a plate full of food in front of me and kissing me "Two for my lovely parents" he placed theirs down and hugging them "and one for myself of course" placing his food down next to me.

We all finished eating our food and I took the plates cleaned them.

"So I was wondering, why don't you guys go out to dinner tonight without the kids and we can watch over them while you guys are out?" Brendon's mom asked.

"Are you sure? because I can take them with us and have you guys relax. I mean you are here to visit" I said.

"Well honey it fine. I love kids and these are my grandkids. I would love to watch them I don't mind. I want to cherish this moment with them." She said.

"I mean I guess, thank you Grace" I said.

"Please call me mom." She said. I nodded. That's gonna get me awhile to adjust to.

Brendon had to leave to his studio. He promised he'll be back.

BRENDON POV

"Hey Poppy" I said into the phone.

"Hey, wassup" she said back.

"Umm wanna hang out. I mean as you know go on a double date tonight?" I asked.

"Are you sure, we don't want to intrude" she said.

"No, no I'm fine" I said.

"Alright then. I should actually be thanking you because like look at us a year now!" I said driving to the store.

"Anyways, I need help. Can you meet me at the mall closer to you're place?" I asked.

"Alright I'll be there in 5" she said

"Thank you. Bye bye" I said hanging up the phone.

So I wanted Poppy to come to the date with us. We haven't hung out in awhile.

Plus tonight I'm taking Scarlett to a fancy dinner with all of us and then go to the bar/club to hang out.

I parked my car at the mall and waited for poppy to arrive about 5 minutes I saw her walking over to me.

"So what do you need help with?" She asked.

"Outfits" I said.

Yup, I know I have so much clothes but I need help choosing what to wear and Scarlett is probably gonna say that she got nothing to wear or her baby fat is in the way. Yup classic girl talk.

Poppy took my arm and pulled me into the men section at Macy's.

I looked through the dress shirt isles.

"Hmm what about this one." Poppy said showing a long sleeved black dress shirt with small white dots.

"Sure" I said.

I can wear this with my black slacks I have on and the dress shoe I have on as well.

I went into the dressing room and put it on. I didn't like the sleeve long, so I folded them up all the way up to my elbows.
