BRENDON POV

After a few minutes of driving, we finally got home.

I looked at the passenger seat and Scarlett was still sleeping.

It was late, so maybe 11pm by now.

I decided to leave Scarlett there and sleep for a bit. While I picked up the babies and changed them into pj's and put them in their beds.

After that, I came back and put the groceries in the house.

Then I went outside and picked up Scarlett bridal style. I shut the car door and locked the car. I went inside the house. I shut the door and put it in lock.

I brought Scarlett upstairs to our room. I helped her take off her shoes. Then I took off her clothes and gave her a sponge bath.

After that I helped her put on the rest of her clothes and let her sleep.

I went downstairs to put away the groceries. I brought up ice and placed it on Scarlett's face so it won't swell her beautiful face. I kissed her goodnight.

"I'm sorry" I whispered in her ear and kissed her.

While I wrapped ice around my knuckles.

I couldn't sleep that night, because I was worried for Scarlett. What if it happens again like last time. What if I don't make it this time and not meet this child. That's all I thought.

I decided to go down to the studio. It's been awhile since I've been in there. I decided to play some music and called Ryan.

RYAN POV

I was just getting ready to go to sleep with Poppy besides me. She kept kissing me and I was kissing her back.

Then our kiss was interrupted by a phone call. I looked at the caller ID and it read "Brendon".

I broke the kiss. I picked it up.

"Hey, what's up Brendon?" I asked.

"Hey Ryan.. um got a minute" He said. He sounded stressed.

"Yea, Uh what's wrong buddy? Is everything okay?" I asked getting up and putting on a robe and going to our kitchen counter getting a glass of water.

He took a deep breath then spoke" Umm so Brian is back. As you know and well tonight we ran into him at the store. He still wants Scarlett back. He got mad and started smacking her and then I saw what was happening and I punched him and we both got into a fight. Anyways, I'm gonna go down to the police station and report him. I also know where he's staying at. After seeing him fled the scene again he went to the motel that's across the street." He said.

"Okay.. Umm we'll be right over okay. Everything is gonna be okay" I said.

"Thanks man" he said.

"No problem, see you soon. We'll be there in 10 and I'll have Poppy stay over if anything okay" I said.

I hung up the phone. I ran upstairs and plugged in my phone and got ready into sweats and a t shirt.

POPPY POV

I saw Ryan come back inside the room. He plugged in his phone and tossed it on the bed.

He came back out and he was fully dressed with his sweats and t shirt on. He was putting on his socks and shoes.

"Hey babe, do you mind staying over at Brendon's? We gotta do something I'll explain on my way there okay" he said. I nodded and went to the closet and got dressed the same as Ryan.

I grabbed Ryan's phone and grabbed my charger and grabbed some extra stuff I needed and some of Ryan's stuff and packed it in a small duffel bag.

I brought the bag downstairs with me and meeting Ryan at the door.

We got in the car and drove to a near by 24-hr gas station I went inside with Ryan and got a few coffee and etc.

After paying, and Ryan pumping gas we headed over to Brendon's house. While on the car ride there Ryan explained to me what was happening.

Ryan had called Brendon that we were outside. Once we got to the door. Brendon was standing there greeting us. We both hugged him.

Ryan gave me a kiss. I kissed him back and Brendon went to kiss Scarlett. He came back down stairs and thanked us. He told me to make myself at home.

I went upstairs to Brendon's room to check on Scarlett she was fast asleep and her face was still swollen from the punches and smacks. I took the ice pack and put them away.

I came back upstairs and laid down next to her and plugged my phone in and drifted off to sleep.

BRENDON POV

I called Ryan and he agreed to come with me to catch Brian and get this situation settled down.

I'm glad to have my friends living around. Also, Me and Ryan are on good terms and we both moved on.

After about 10 mins of getting off the phone with Ryan. Ryan and Poppy were at the door. I opened the door and let them inside. After telling Poppy to make herself feel at home and thanking them, me and Ryan left.

We got inside of Ryan's car where he had gotten me coffee and himself too. Knowing tonight is gonna be long.

Ryan drove us to the nearest police station. Once we got inside the police office. We spoked to the officer that was in charge of our case and explained to them mine and Scarlett's encounter.

I wanted Brian to be gone and out of the way with no harm and nothing to do to my family again. Also, just live my life as a normal celebrity, but then nothing is normal in a celebrity's life.

I told them, where they could find him. We got in the car and followed the police officers. They went inside of the motel office and showed them a mug shot of Brian.

"Hello Ma'am have you seen this man, he's wanted?" The officer said showing Brian mugshot to the lady on the front desk.

She nodded her head and lead us to his motel room.

"Thank you" we said thanking the women.

She walked away and mind her business. Me and Ryan went to wait near the police cars, so the officer can go in without chaos.

The officer knocked on the door "LAPD open up" the officer said.

The door opened slowly.

"Brian Cruz, under arrest. For escaping prison, for Physical and Sexual Assault." The officer said.

Brian tried to fight back, but the officer tackled him to the ground and used the taser on him. Then hand cuffed him.

They brought him towards our way to the police car and kept eyeing me and Ryan down.

"Don't worry, I'll be back. Scarlett will be mine no matter what. You have no idea what's next" He said smirking at us.

The officer shoved him into the car.

"Thank you officer. I'm sorry we had to interrupt your work this late" I said.

"Hey no worries. You guys take care and get some rest okay." He said and we nodded.

We both started walking to Ryan's car. We both drove back home. Now the time 2:30am.

Once we got home it was 2:40am. I went to go shower and walked around in my boxer. I went to check on Scarlett and she was still sleeping. Poppy was next to her sleeping peacefully. I didn't want to bother them, they looked so peaceful. So I went to kiss Scarlett on the face.

Then I went downstairs to get ice and wrap it on my knuckles. Then I went downstairs and slept on the couch cuddling the doggos and Ryan was on the other couch asleep as well.
