Goodbye Brian

SCARLETT POV

A few days later, it was the trial.

I mean it did hurt to see someone I used to love and care for go away. I know I shouldn't be saying this, but it's true.
At least he's gonna be away and no longer causing harm to me or my family. Also hopefully we won't see him in for awhile.

"Mrs. Urie, would like to say something?" The hurt asked.

I nodded and stood up.

"Well I wasn't really prepared for this, but it's hard to see you go. Like you were once my best friend, but I believe you deserve this after what you've done. I hope you have fun back in prison Brian. I'm gonna be glad that you are gone and not causing any harm to me or my family" I said out loud.

I excused myself and went outside to take a breather.

Brendon stayed inside the courthouse. The kids were in there as well with Ryan. Poppy ran after me.

"Hey, hey it's okay. He deserves whatever you said to him alright. I understand your anger plus you are pregnant too." She said and I nodded.

"Hey, how about after this we go out to dinner tomorrow after your gender appointment. Alright, you deserve a break." Poppy said.

"Sure why not. We are in need of a break." I said.

Right when I decide to calm down. Brendon comes busting through the door.

"Guess what?!?" He said.

"What?" I said.

"Well, He's finally gone. It can be back to normal now. So he gets 10 years in there a few for assault and the rest is escaping and trying to do harm and etc. Then once he comes out, we agreed to have him move and have him on watch. Alright" Brendon said holding my hands. I nod.

He picks me up and hugs me.

"Bren, stop you are squeezing the little human inside of me" I said.

"Oh right" he said letting go.

He kisses me on the cheeks and we hold hands. We take Lucas and Lucy from Ryan and thanking him. We decided to drive home and try to go back to our regular life, before everything happened with Brian.

We were making dinner, while the kiddos play with the dogs in the back yard. They were chasing each other around, it was so adorable. I can't believe the babies are 1 and half years old. Wow they are growing up so fast. Then I continued to helping Brendon cook.

I was cutting the vegetables while Brendon was cooking at the stove. I finished chopping the onion and etc and gave it to Brendon to make spaghetti.

Meanwhile I was boiling the spaghetti noodles and poring it into a basket and letting it cool down. After that I threw it in the pan where Brendon mixed everything up.

Once dinner was cooked and ready. We had our dinning room table set up.

I placed spaghetti in everyone's plate. While Brendon, was in the kitchen with a pot and spatula banging the living out of it.

BRENDON POV

"DINNER IS READY KIDDOS, COME GET YOUR FOOD RIGHT NOW. ITS YOUR FAVORITE" I shouted, banging the pot harder.

The dogs came running in first.

"Not you kiddos. Go get your brother and sister" I told Bogart and Penny.

Bogart ran back outside to get them, while Penny just sat there and stared at me.

"Go help your brother Penny" I said banging the pot in front of her.

"It doesn't help Brendon. Why don't you go help Bogart then. Instead of arguing with Penny." Scarlett said.

Then I find, Bogart biting Luke's shirt and pulling him in.

"Thanks Bogart. Go get Lucy now please" I said and Bogart was already out there.

"But I no hungry dada" Lucas said.

"Excuse me young man. You need to eat buddy and maybe we can get treats after if you finish your food okay." I said coming up with an agreement.

"Fine" Lucas said.

I picked up Lucas washed his hands and brought up into his high chair. Where he dug in his food.

Then Bogart came running in doing the same thing to Lucy.

"Thanks Bogart" I said handing him a treat.

I washed Lucy's hands and brought her to her high chair where she was eating her food.

I sat down on my seat and dug into my food as well. It good to be honest. I mean come on, it was made by me.

I poured wine into my wine glass. While pouring water into Scarlett's glass and giving the kids their sippy cups.

After that we cleaned up the kitchen and put away the plates.

Once we finished with that we gave the kids a bath each.

While I bathe Lucas, Scarlett was showering. While I get Lucas in his pj's and let him play in the play room. I went to shower.

Scarlett was dressed and now showering Lucy.

I was done showering. I only had my boxers on. I walked around the house, finding Bogart and Penny playing with each other. I picked up Bogart and threw him in the other bathroom and bath him as well.

"Ha you stinky dog. I got you." I said scrubbing him down.

Once I finished rinsing him he shook his fur and all the water splattered over me. I grabbed the towel and wrapped him in the towel then combing his fur down.

"Boom all nice and clean now it's time to cut your nails" I said grabbing him and clipping his nails.

After finishing with Bogart I let him loose and let him run around the house with the kids.

I went to grab Penny and did the same as I did with Bogart.

Once we finally finished, we decided to sit down in our living room and watch a movie as a family together.
