I Always Knew [Discontinued]

Chapter 1- The Train Ride

Draco's POV:
My Mother and Father had decided that they both would take me to the Hogwarts Express, beings it's my first year.

When we got there I was sooo scared at who would be my friends and what would the famous Harry Potter think of me. I once over heard my Father in his office talking to a short old man about how Harry had gotten his invite to Hogwarts and that meant that I was in his year. Father sounded scared that he was starting school but I think that's just because I was starting at the same time. My Mother and I had packed my trunk and we had got a new Eagle Owl for me so I didn't feel alone, I named him Boo.

"You run at the wall and you will arrive at platform 9 and 3/4's." Father instructed.

"But won't it hurt Father?" I asked

"No dear, you won't feel a thing" Mother told me to reassure me about this, but I still didn't like the idea of running into a brick wall.

"Do it Draco!" Father yelled.

"Do what?"

"Run at the wall. It's the only way to platform 9 and 3/4's".

I was confused but I did as I was told. I ran as fast as I could. It felt like I was untouchable but it hurt at the same time. When I got there it was amazing. I had never seen so many young wizards and witch's in one spot, everyone was hustling around. I almost got split up from my parents when a young boy ran past me to find the best spot on the train.
This made me decided it was time to board the train. So I wished my parents good day and hopped on the train in search for someone to sit with.

Once on the train I walked down the ile, looking in each window to see if the people looked like the people I should mix with or not. Most of them were empty so I found one that looked quite nice and took my seat alone. After quite some time the train started filling. I knew my parents would have already left so I just inspected the people that walked past. After quite a while of inspecting, Vincent Crabbe walked by.

"Hey Draco!"

"Hey Crabbe!"

"Care if I join you?" asked Crabbe.

"Sure." I replied

We had been friends for almost a year now. We sat and chatted about what houses we thought we were going to be sorted into, what we were excited for and what we thought the year might bring.

"May I join you two?" asked Goyle as he walked up to our compartment door.

"Yeah sure, I haven't seen you in soo long!" I replied

We chatted for main of the train ride, but after a bit we decided to walk around on the train and see if we could find Harry Potter.
