He picked the dog up and placed it on the bed next to him. It's cries had him feeling worse, Yoongi opened his eyes to see it holding a brown stuffed toy between its Jaws.

It was the one he'd given Bada after she had decided they needed to celebrate his adoption.

He smiled. "Shh, it gets better."

The dogs cries seemed to cease at his words, he continued running his fingers through its fur to sooth them both.

They both missed her dearly.

A knock sounded at his door and he picked the dog up and approached it. Not caring to check who stood on the other side he opened the door to see Jimin standing before him with a white plastic bag in his hand.

He let him in, "hello, Bada." the younger male  said to the dog before giving him a little scratch behind the ears.

"Hyung, I've got some food. I bought too much but luckily I have you to share it with." Jimin set the food onto the counter and turned to wash his hands by the sink.

"It's actually black pig so we are in for a treat tonight." Yoongi couldn't help but to smile.

He knew what Jimin was doing.

He set the dog down and approached him, "it smells amazing."

Jimin smiled, "fresh. All the way from Jeju!"

Yoongi smiled and forced himself to be an amazing host, "wouldn't want to have it any other way." she went to the sink and washed his hands.

"How is it going with the company?"

He sees Jimin's face light up, he keeps his mouth shut but Yoongi could basically hear his body language screaming it out loud and clear.

"What's his name?"

"His name?"

Yoongi nods and pulls out some bowls for the food, "Yeah. The guy who has you walking around like you are sipping on sunshine."

He watched as his mouth fell open, "Hyung, I'm not gay. What..."

Jimin guffaws awkwardly and I takes everything in Yoongi not to laugh at his face, watching Jimin turn red right in front of him was beyond satisfying. "Her name. As in she. Meaning a woman. Is Hari."

The unease returned. It had been a few months.

Yoongi would have thought that every one would have stopped with the hyper sensitivity. Yet Jimin was finding it hard to talk to him about a woman. "Hari? I think I've heard of her."

Jimin nods, "She's a dance intern at the company."

Yoongi nodded, yes he'd heard of her. Another recruit under Eunhye's belt.

He turns around and breaks out their favourite bottle and the look on Jimin's face had him feeling like the best Hyung in the whole wide world.

Jimin and whiskey.

The ultimate pair, like tears and heartache.

"The company was holding some auditions for new dancers and she auditioned and made it through. I met her during training, she has horrible form. You can see she hasn't spent much time in ballet." Yoongi smiled seeing the smile naturally encompass his friend's face.

The ease of feeling such made him happy, he could remember being in a similar position not too long ago. Saying that Sibi was far too optimistic to be normal.

"But there's a freedom about her," hearing the younger sigh into the air had Yoongi patting him on the back.

But it felt as if he were giving his own self a pat on the back, for not turning bitter and actually feeling happy for his dong saeng.

"Now, have you actually spoken to her?"

All he got in response was Jimin stuffing his face. He nodded and hummed in response, "of course."

Jimin you hopeless fool.
