She waited for him.

Yoongi realised this when he saw her standing in the same spot, she had an expectant smile on her face and confirmed it further by raising an eyebrow.

"HR will be drafting my contract. I'll come see it's details soon." he watched as he lips stretched into a shit eating grin before she grabbed onto his shoulders.

"Ah, Jimin needs to hear the news!" She pulled away and danced around on the spot. Upon seeing this for the second time he realised she did this when excited.

"Hold on," he watched her still. "nothing has been decided yet. Hold your excitement."

She nodded, "let's get coffee! My treat!" Yoongi seized when she wrapped her arm around his  and started dragging him off.

He couldn't help but the slight smile the stretched onto his lips. She was more excited than he. He let her pull him out of the building and into a coffee shop just three blocks away. "Although there are so many around thus district," she said reffering to the shops.

"This is the best. Trust me." he nodded.

"You don't speak much, do you?" He shrugged and joined her in line. As his eyes caught sight of the price lists above the cashiers he grew nervous.

He didn't have much. He was down to 15 000 won and had a week to survive on it. "I like you," she bumped her shoulder into his arm. He took notice of the difference in the heights, it was endearing. "I can normally tell when people are faking it. You aren't."

"That's a waste of time, why act like something your not. For what?" His eyes scanned the menu for the cheapest item that also looked as good. There was a latte for 2250 won, but it was small. That was not celebratory.

Maybe an expresso shot.

He sighed, those were expensive too.

"Ah, they have the cookies today!" they were one person away from their turn.

"You have to taste them." Before he even understood what was going on she had ordered two of everything. And ordered his drink for him.

"It is amazing," she gasped and he looked at her. "You're not lactose intolerant are you?"

He gestured no as they took their seats by the window. "I don't know why, but I expected you to be a bit more vocal. I think it made sense the night we met but... Maybe I talk too much."

He nodded in agreement. Her mouth fell open, "yah, take it back. I'm paying for this celebration, I'm superior right now."

"Are you sure?" he asked and stared out the window.

Hearing her huff out in frustration brought a smile to his  face, "if we ever grow closer. You will be begging me to shut up."

The sound of excitement was immediate, "really?"

The treats came soon after he nodded, "what is Sibi short for?"

The girl finished chewing before speaking, "Sib wol."

Oh, so that's why Jimin called her October. He nodded, "I listened to some of your work. Why aren't you signing up for a company?" she asked as she placed some cookies on a saucer.

Yoongi was surprised when she slid it over to him, he took the one she was eating. "Ah, I love music. And I want my music to touch people but I don't think I want the fame."

"Ah, so you want to win the pretegious awards that no one hears about?"

He hummed in agreement and took a sip of the drink she had ordered. It was good, it was great. "Thats what I want, but I've been ripped off by so many companies..."

He sighed and too another bite of the cookie in his hand. Having lost the ability to taste its sweetness he frowned at the thought of his empty pocket. Kang's people offering a good deal and frankly he didn't want to go back to rationing his ramen so that he could eat.

"Don't worry it will stop. Especially since Legacy is so big, any scandal is bad for investment." she smiled happily. And took a sip of her own beverage.

"You'll get all the awards you deserve." he smiled then. At the sight he couldn't remember the last time someone believed in him so much. To imagine that they had met not to long ago.

She felt like something that he had been missing in his life, how could someone be so satisfied with everything in their path?

She was almost too good to be true.
