"You have got to be kidding me." he muttered.

The universe could not have favoured him this much, so much so that he was forced to run into Sibi for the second time that day.

Bada, being the traitor that he was, ran into her arms as if she hadn't abandoned him after some idiot in the motor industry put a ring on it.

He stood in place and watched their union from his spot, both were happy to see each other. Bada with his tail wagging and tongue expressing just how much he missed the traitor.

The fool in Yoongi said that dogs were the truest judge of character. That maybe the woman in front of him was the one he dearly missed. The one who did good without a care in the world.

The genius in him reminded him of how truly powerful memories were and that dogs were loyal to a fault.

Standing there a tune made it into his mind, he turned and looked away. Another song inspired by her. Everything in him was hoping it wouldn't be any good, that it wouldn't be great enough to make it to onto whatever project he was participating in. He hadn't even heard it with his own ears but he resented it.

"I missed you!" he heard her sing to the hound.

Slowly he approached, "were you ever planning to see him?"

He watched as her eyes zoomed to his own, "I was hoping to..."

Just then thunder boomed, he cussed under his breath and before he could understand it. Bada was leading Eunhye to his apartment. He followed lagging behind and by the time they had made it inside they were soaked.

"hope doesn't go as far as you wish it to." he told her as stopped out of the wet clothing by the door.

Her lips were agape as she gawker at him, "is something the matter?"

"You're in your underwear."

He blinked at her. Slowly scanned his own framed, "my goodness! I hadn't noticed." with an obvious roll of the eyes he took his wet clothing and walked further into the apartment, going straight into his room and dumping the clothes in a basket before changing.

Grabbing some for her, and a few towels. He found her where he had left her. He shoves items into her chest and uses one of the spare towels go dry his dog.

"See, all that training did us some good." He spoke to him. His tongue had lolled out and he was as still as can be. "We'll bath tomorrow, I'm too tired right now."

A bark was all he received in return. He smiled and continued on, "Why are you still standing here?" he asked.

"I..."

He looked up, "don't tell me that you have already forgotten where the guest bathroom is."

He didn't care to point. It was in an obvious place. Given the openness of the place she wouldn't miss it even if she tried.

He heard her move. Then he watched as she shut the door.

He turned his attention back to Bada.

"You are a traitor. Full stop." the dog has the audacity to bark back. He smiles. And then they both hear the door open.

Bada runs to her.

And he runs away.
