Something Between Us

Chapter 4

I had this dream that I was tied up in a chair. It is a dark place expect with the lights that flickers every now and then . I am kiddnaped somewhere in the country . I guess somewhere in the basement .

Then I hear footsteps echoed on the floor and it is not mine .

I couldn't breathe because duck tape on my mouth . I see a man white suit .

" I guess the young doctor is wake . "

I wanted say get lost to him. But I can't.

He walks around me and said " Well I wish I could you kill first "

Well you wish .

There is a table and on the tray, there are lay 5 little swords .

I don't think he going use that .I think first how to kick his ass .

Before I could think , he punch me on my face which I drew out the blood from my mouth .

He take off of the duck tape .

" You bitch "

He laughed which make me think that he is vampire. But I don't care how much my blood went and I just need kill him . The face is familiar but I don't know where I have seen him .

I stand off the chair which is wooden chair . I hit few people as I turn the chair I ran towards the wall and make the chair broken .I am free .

Few soldiers came in and holding me .

I can't move because they are strong because their arms were holding my body . I know that I'll get bruised on my arms .
I wish that I had taken the gun.

I am small and they are big .

"Goodbye Sparks " said he as pulls the trigger of the gun and the bullet fired

It hit on my chest . Then the blood blossoms my chest . I feel that my heart is going to stop . I fall on the ground. Then I hear shooting ,the man falls on the ground .I felt someone hold me.

"Just hold on Sparks . You are going to the hospital."

The man hold around me is none other than the army man .

He came for me.

His face is looked like he is worried about me
I know that I am dying .

Then I said " ...I don't think I can make it ."

He and l didn't talk for moment.

" Please take care of Denver and I love you .I will wait for you when I am in the heaven. Please give me something before I leave ."

He cries .

" I love you too."

He cupped my face and kissed me.

Giving me the last kiss .

I feel like dizzy and closed my eyes .

Then my life is over .

" No " I yelled as I came back to the present .

I open my eyes and the door creaks open.

Then Denver hold the door.

" Sparks what's wrong ? I heard you yelling " said he

I put my hands on my face . I felt like crying . Sometimes Denver always help me when I am in deep trouble or backup me .

" A bad dream? " said he as sat on the sofa.

I nodded as closed my eyes .

I cried so much and I never cried since grandma had left us.

As I open my eyes and saw Denver holding a glass of water .

" Here, drink this you will feel better ."

I drank the water and better than before .

" Better ?"

I nodded

" Is our patient wake ?"

He shakes his head.

" I guess he will wake up tomorrow . "

I sigh in relief .

Who is this guy ? I thought . I had seen him in the newspaper. I guess I have to find out .

Oh shit . I got a lunch date for Cameron.

"Hm Denver , What is the time ?"

He looked at the clock and said "9 :56 am. Why ?"

"I am to going have lunch date with Cameron."

He looked surprised. I know that Denver is having hots for her .

"Cameron? " asked he , as cheek started blushing

"Yeah Cameron ."

" Oh Well ,I guess I should go now back and I came to check on you."

I smiled at him.

I got up and stretch my arm as if I woke up at early in the morning.

I got to change my dress and went to bathroom .

After cleaning everything of mine .I hear the door shut which is the main the door and guess I wear some white shirt and some jeans .

I applied some makeup and walk toward the door . I grabbed my purse
and closed the door , put it my pocket and headed toward the stairs .
