2:00 p.m
The doorbell rings.
"Coming!" yelled a girl in the other side of the door.
She opens the door and says.
"Oh hi Luke!" said the girl. "Why are you here? I wasn't expecting visitors today" she giggled.
"I need to talk to you about something important." said Luke.
"Oh.. Okay, come inside."
"Thanks Maya" he smiled ans she smiled back.
They went upstairs to the studio.
"So, what do you want to talk about?" asked Maya while pouring water in a cup.
"It's something important, a message from NASA." said Luke seriously.
Maya's mouth it's wide open so are they eyes too.
"A message from NASA, this is serious, did I do something bad?" asked Maya.
"No, that's not the thing. The thing is, I know you're very skillful and stuff. You're like a ninja!" said Luke.
"Oh Luke please.. I told you that I stopped that since I left the FBI internship." she was looking down.
"But this is something serious and I really really need your help." said Luke.
"This is serious huh? What's the prob?" asked Maya.
"We need to go to the future" said Luke very fast.
"WHAT???" yelled Maya.
"Listen, a meteor is going to destroy Earth in maybe 4 or 5 days, and the only way to stop is going to the future to get a strong spaceship to go to Jupiter and get the Rock of whatever to stop the chaos!" he was exhausted.
"Well, I.. I don't know what to say." said Maya.
"Think of all the cool things that would happen to us, a great and new big world, a space adventure, we'll have a SPACETURE!!" he grinned from ear to ear.
"Well, you convinced me" she giggled. "But, when are we leaving?" asked Maya.
"Tomorrow at 12:00 a.m" said Luke "Be prepared. Today I have to finish fixing the time machine."
"Okay, wow I'm excited now! See you tomorrow." said Maya.
"Okay, byee." said Luke.
6:20 p.m. Luke is downstairs in his laboratory trying to find his time machine.
"The last time I used it, like 2 years ago.. It has to be somewhere here.." said Luke to himself.
He was searching for it like half an hour now, but now he opened a big closet full of boxes and old things, at the bottom he saw a little curtain, he took all the boxes and saw the giant curtain, he took the curtain off and saw it. It was the time machine, he finally found it, but it was destroyed, he had to fix EVERY single part of it.
"Holy.. crap"
