Izuku woke up to bright ceiling lights and the feeling of needles in his arm.

"looks like you're awake"

Midoriya turned to the source of the voice and saw a short elderly woman standing next to him.

Izumi quickly stood up forgetting about the needles in his arms and backed himself into a wall.

"where am I? How did I get here?" Izuku shouted.

The woman looked at the boy with a small frown "you got badly injured after your training got out of hand. And you're in the nurse's office"

Deku stared at the woman and everything came back to him. The fight, the explosions, and the building collapsing

"Kacchan!"

"your friends are fine, they only had minor injuries. You, on the other hand, suffered major injuries from using your quick to its limit"

Izuku let out a sigh not sure how he felt about that information. The death of U.A students would badly damage the school's reputation and weaken them enough to become an opportunity for an attack, but on the other hand, if anyone was going to bring the school to its knees, it would be him alone.

"thank you, ma'am. I'll be taking my leave"

The nurse nodded "I was only able to heal your life-threatening wounds, so your body still needs to heal its self. Make sure to not overwork yourself and get enough rest" she instructed as Izuku made his way out the room.

Midoriya just nodded with a hum and closed the door behind him.

Midoriya was lost in thought all the way to his class, he hadn't realized he was there until he unconsciously opened the door and was met with excited chatter.

"it's Midoriya!" a red-headed student shouted happily catching the attention of others.

Soon, he was surrounded by the students who praised and curiously questioned him about the fight.

"You outsmarted Bakugo and managed to shield you guys from a falling building!"

"as expected from the number one student!"

"did you know it took four hours to find you guys? And the teachers had to wait for an extra two for your shield to go down!"

"they were worried that you weren't going to make it for those two hours..."

Izuku was shocked at the sudden attention, that he was left speechless as they started introducing themselves.

"Oh! Deku, she didn't heal your injuries?!"

Midoriya turned around to see Uraraka running towards him carrying a stack of books.

"ah, well it's because of the amount of stamina I had. She was only able to heal the major injuries" he explained scratching the back of his neck.

That's when he looked up and noticed that Bakugo wasn't in the room.

"where's Kacchan?"

The class started at him confused before following his gaze and letting out a collective "oh".

Before he knew it, Deku was running down the school halls in an attempt to catch up to Bakugo, but when he made it outside, no one was around.

Midoriya wasn't surprised at the fact that Bakugo wasn't there. He had left the school before Izuku was even out of the nurse's office.

Suddenly Midoriya had remembered what he was supposed to do and ran back into the school forming his dice. Once they were fully formed, Midoriya ducked into a bathroom and dropped the dice onto the floor.

Invisibility for three hours.

Izuku smiled at how lucky he got with his quirk. It's as if I'm the main character of a book" he would always tell people.

After checking the halls, Deku activated his quirk and quickly but quietly made his way to the main office. If there was going to be any useful information, it would be there.

Deku wasted no time looking through the different school files and taking anything that looked useful. While searching, the teen noticed a small file with the label "Class 1-A" stamped across it.

Curious, Deku grabbed the file and opened it. He was more than excited to see that the file contained all the information of each student and their quirks. And only the last page, there was also a note for the week's activities.

"Jackpot" Deku giggled and closed the file securely tucking it under his arm with the others before putting the extra paperwork back where it was and leaving with a giant grin.

"mom I'm home!"

"Izuku! Where were you? I was worried"

Inko rushed to her son and held him in her usual hugs.

"I was at school with some friends" he lied.

"but I called the school and they said that classes were over"

"I was...at the study hall helping the others with homework"

Inko worriedly looked at the nervous boy for a few seconds before nodding.

"please let me know next time, I was worried sick" she quietly confessed and then turned to the kitchen "also, dinner is ready. Clean up and come peat"

Once he had finished eating, Midoriya ran up to his room with his backpack and carefully closed and locked his door before throwing the bag into his desk and sat in his chair pulling out the files.

He grabbed his phone and dialed a few numbers before clicking the call button "I have the files" he said before hanging up.

In an instant, a purple and black portal opened up and Toga jumped through it. "hey Zuku" she happily hummed earning a sigh from Midoriya.

"hey, Toga" he replied while handing her a stack of paper "I only scanned through them, but they seemed important. Also, the class going to the USJ in two days and All Might will be there.

Toga nodded, "getting the best information like usual" she chirped and skipped her way back the portal.

Once the mist disappeared, Izuku grabbed the 1-A file and read through it taking notes of everyone's quirks in his notebook.

Halfway through, one student by the name of "shoto Todoroki" had caught his eye. Son of Endeavor. Deku wasn't sure why, but he immediately fell in love with the male. Maybe it was his quirk, half ice, and half fire. The quirk equaled out making him an almost limitless fighter. Or maybe it was the way he looked, strong and confident yet sad and hurt. And his eyes were two wonderful different colors.

Izuku couldn't help but smile at the picture or the student. His quirk makes him almost unstoppable which means having Todoroki on his side would give him the biggest advantage while destroying the reputation the second best pro hero Endeavor.

Carefully, Midoriya removed the picture and stared at it before placing it in his notebook.

He has to get close to Todoroki. He has to make sure this boy never leaves his side
