Roll of the dice

Within seconds of being swallowed by the goo, everyone was dropped into a partially destroyed clearing behind Bakugo and Todoroki.

Once in the new location, Deku stretched his arms and formed his dice with a sigh before carelessly dropping them to the ground.

Huh, that could be useful later. He thought as he looked at the random quirk he gained for a few hours.

"You failed again, huh, Tomura?" One for All calmly walked towards Shigaraki "but do not be Discouraged. Try again" the master was now standing in front of the crouching Shigaraki "I even brought your associates with you as well, even the two students you and Midoriya said were essential to your plans"

At the mention of the two, Deku went over and made sure Todoroki was alright before hugging him. Todoroki softly pushed Deku off with a playful smile and mumbled a few things no one could hear.

This whole speech thing started getting boring to Midoriya since he's heard it multiple times before, and was pretty excited to see that All Might had found them and immediately went after their master.

"took you long enough," Deku told the hero who ignored him and focused on All for One.

Deku sighed grabbing Bakugo and Todoroki and dragged them away from the group as far as he could before the impact of the two landing hits on teacher caused a giant gust of wind to blow them back.

Bakugo watched in shock as the leader held his ground against the hero before throwing  All Might back.

"Shigaraki, I'll make an escape for you, take the kids and go"

Bakugo watched in horror and the man's finger transformed into long red and black things stabbing into Kurogiri's body. Was he trying to kill the man?! Soon, a giant portal opened next to the group and the leader said a few things before floating up to block a hit from All Might.

Mr. Compress turned Dabi into a small orb so he could be easier to carry before turning to Kastuki and Todoroki who Deku was holding defensively.

"You touch even a hair on his body and you won't be walking for days" Deku warned the group bringing the male closer to him. Everyone knew Deku liked Todoroki more than he liked himself, but Bakugo was surprised that he'd protect someone who's going to refuse his persistent begging to join him against his own teammates.

But clearly, no one else was fazed as they then turned to him causing the ash blonde teen to let off a few warning pops from his palms.

Ignoring the warning, Toga and Twice both rushed after him, but he dodged the knives swung at him and blew away the other villains weapon. It was a difficult fight, but he'd rather die than let himself get taken again. Bakugo stumbled back to avoid Toga, he noticed Compress sneak up behind him, and used an explosion of his to flip over the man.

Unlike the other times, they're trying to take me by force. Bakugo thought before basting off a few explosions at Twice who came at him from his side ...and right now, it's six against one. He panicked and threw a punch at Toga, barely missing.

Bakugo gritted his teeth as he could feel himself getting slower and more tired after every attack, but he forced himself to keep going.

And it's wasn't only Kacchan who noticed.

Izuku I watched with narrow eyes as Kacchan took longer to regain balance after every blast and how his punches and dodges got slower giving the villains many open opportunities to take him down. 

"he's a stubborn one, there's no changing his mind," Deku told Todoroki who was also watching the fight with interest, "and his friends are here to 'rescue' him, so we might as well let him escape, no?"

Shoto nodded at Midoriya, running his fingers through the smaller male's green curls.

"then let's tell him" Deku grinned and looked back at the fight holding onto Todoroki

"freeze"

Once those words left his mouth, the world seemed to stop almost instantly.

Izuku led Shoto through the group of villains and towards Bakugo. Once close enough, Midoriya tapped Katsuki's shoulder unfreezing him almost immediately.

Bakugo glared at the two and was about to set off explosions before realizing that they weren't ones who were attacking him, and the ones who were frozen mid-attack.

"what the fuck?!" Bakugo glared at the two

"it's a time freeze quirk, I'm giving you an opportunity to leave," Deku told him "your friends Kirishima, Momo and kaminari, are behind that partially broken wall. I saw them earlier when All Might found us" Izuku explained "now go to them and leave"

"and tell them I'm no longer part of U.A"

Bakugo's head snapped to Todoroki who held a firm stare.

"hah?! The fuck you mean you're no longer a part of U.A?!" Bakugo yelled at Todoroki who was unfazed.

"he's joining me which means that we don't need you anymore. Isn't that right babe?" Deku smiled and gave Todoroki a quick kiss earning a surprised look from Bakugo.

"now go, before I change my mind" Deku warned Kacchan who took a few steps back before turning around to run towards the wall.

"can't wait to meet you again into future Kacchan! When you become a pro hero, I'll fight you like a proper enemy" Midoriya promised with a laugh.

Once bakugo was out of sight, Izuku walked away from the group still holding Shoto's hand, "unfreeze"

The world soon started again and his partners struggled to keep their balance as they swung at empty space followed along with distant, quiet, shocked gasps behind the broken and crumbling wall.

Everything was slowly falling in place, and Deku couldn't be any more happier.

The rest of the fight happened so fast, Bakugo and the others made a safe escape with the heroes backing them up while slowly closing in on everyone, All for One forcing everyone to go through the warp gate, and the end of their master and also the end of All Might's hero career.

But none of it really mattered, all that Izuku cared about, was that he had the Shoto Todoroki by his side, and damn was he going to have a lot of fun.
