Vampires, werewolves , witches ,warlocks and humans are not uncommon here.
The vampires, one in particular is ruling the world right now,Cyrus. He is considered to be the most powerful and one of the oldest organisms on earth. Cyrus is also alleged to be the first of his species.
The vampire government is one of the strongest and the most powerful. It is what is holding this world full of diversity and magic together.

The witches here are like freelancers. They may have the advantage of magic but their lack of responsibility is what gives gives them a setback when it comes to politics.

The werewolves are strong ,mighty and hot headed , loyalty is one of their imain features. The wolves tend to remain in a pack. Their generalised community would love to have the ultimate power but in the battle of vampires and werewolves the former have had the upper had for a millennium. ( some would credit it to the patience and experience of vampires).

Now comes the humans. They may seem like useless in a world full of so much power and magic but you see ..they too have a key role to play. Humans are blessed with the gift of knowledge. Physical strength is not the only thing that runs the world, knowledge and intelligence are required to develop it. (Besides there are the blood thirsty vampires.)

So all in all the world as a whole is a monarchy but its countries have governments and constitutions of their own ranging from democracy to dictatorship to military rule. They all however report to his Majesty, the King,Cyrus.
