it's, it's nothing..." starlord stumbled out, looking between lilly and tony. lilly glanced over at tony with a confused look. he looked back at her, shaking his head.
"wait a second...like that movie?" emma questioner, stepping forward. she had to have turned invisible again, as seconds before lilly hadn't seen her.
"yeah, footloose?" peter asked, looking over at emma, and then starlord. emma nodded her head, only to see starlord look surprised.
"exactly like footloose!" he exclaimed, a smile brightening his face. "is it still the greatest movie of all time?" he asked, looking between the group in front of him.
lilly sighed, looking up at tony. his face was hard, harder than usual. he had always seemed stressed during missions, but this one was different.
"it never was?" emma remarked back, her words leaving like a question. he turned to her and frowned, seeming as though he didn't approve of her answer.
tony shook his head, lilly sighed, turning to see what remark he would make towards this.
"don't-dont encourage this okay kids?" tony sighed, shaking his head as he sadly glanced over at starlord. his face plastered with regret of even meeting the man.
lilly didn't see what was wrong with him though, he seemed like a harmless guy.
"alright, we aren't getting any help from flash gordon here so..." tony sighed, he was cut off by starlord though.
lilly held back her chuckle as starlord began to rant.
"flash gordon? yeah well, that's a compliment." he stuttered out, " oh and don't forget, im half human!" he looked over at the group of earthlings infront of him, " that 50% of me that's stupid? that right there is 100% you."
lilly shook her head, sighing. this guy was definitely a piece. tony shook his head, his eyes squinting from the confusion racking his brain.
"your math, it is absolutely blowing my mind." tony said, shaking his head. lilly shrugged,
"i have to agree, beautifully said starlord." lilly said with a wink. she glanced at tony who looked at her annoyed. she loved pissing him off.
suddenly, the girl with antennas spoke, her voice slow, "excuse me, but uh, does your friend do that often?" she questioned, looking over behind her shoulder.
everyone turned to see strange sitting cross cross. he floated in the air with his hands in a meditation position. his head moved frantically, it glitching in the world.
tony and lilly rushes over, looking at strange wide eyed.
"strange, are you okay?" lilly questioned, as she reached to put a hand on his shoulder. he suddenly dropped down. his stoned necklace that once had been glowing, stopped.
strange let out a small gasp as he came back to reality. tony and lilly looked at each other unsure of what to do.
"strange is everything alright?" tony questioned, only for strange to look at him wide eyed.
