"under no circumstance can we bring the time stone to thanos. i don't think you quite understand what's at stake here." strange snapped quickly at tony, rushing over to him.

lilly turned, looking out at space from where she stood. she had to admit, it was beautiful. though her heart raced lightly realizing that she wasn't on the ground. that the earth was spinning and she wasn't on it.

she turned to tony, quickly with pleading eyes wanting to go home. he glanced over at her, clenching his jaw slightly. she knew she couldn't do anything to change his mind, tony needed to do what he thought was best.

"No, its you who doesn't understand. thanos has been inside my head for six years. since  he sent an army to new york and now he's back! and now, I don't know what to do." tony finally said, looking over at strange. she turned back to the control panel, shaking his head, "so im not so sure if it's a better plan to fight him on out turf or his but you saw what they did, what he can do. at least on his turf, he's not expecting it." he concluded.

lilly spun around, facing the crew, "so take he fight to thanos, right?" she said. her heart ached for tony, knowing this was hard for him. she could only imagine how he felt. though now wasn't the time for that, they could talk everything over when they got home.

"take the fight to him, exactly. do you concur?" tony questioned, staring at strange as he was the one to make the final decision.

"okay stark, we go to him." strange said, tony let out a slight sigh of relief. though strange continued, " though you have to understand, if it comes to saving you or the kids, or even you," strange said gesturing at lilly, "..or the time stone, i will not hesitate to let any of you die." he told the group. he looked at each one.

lilly could tell strange wouldn't like the thought of the kids dying. though he had no other choice

"good, we are straight." tony concluded, he looked over at the two teenagers infront of him. he sighed, shaking his head and walking over to them. placing a hand on both of their shoulders, he looks down at them, "congrats, you're avengers now." he told them before walking off.

lilly watched the two teenagers as tony walked away. they both contained their excitement, though their faces were red. happiness radiated off of them.

lilly smiled, even in hard times tony can make someone smile. she loved that about him.
