I

I was lying on the grass by the lake when they suddenly appeared. My blonde hair was everywhere. It was a mess, but I could care less. I looked up at the sky, trying to make out figures out of the clouds. It was a fun game my sister and I used to enjoy. When I started my schooling at Hogwarts, I was afraid she and I would distance ourselves from one another. But in a way, it brought us a bit closer. She would write me letters in her messy handwriting almost every day. I missed her dearly. She was my rock and I was hers. We did everything together. She was the first one who taught me how to ride a horse. Mother disapproved of that activity but her smile said otherwise.

My view was blocked by five Gryffindors coming towards me. Two of them were girls and the other three were boys. I never had much of a conversation with them due to the fact that they were fifth-year students and I was merely a fourth-year. I ignored them, thinking that if maybe I paid no attention, then they would go away. They didn't. I started to get an uneasy feeling when they all smirked at once giving each other glances. I had a feeling about what was about to happen.

I stood up as fast as possible. Not caring about my books. I could always come back for them. Anywhere as long as it was as far away from them as possible. I heard them laugh but I just continued running. I was frightened, I didn't understand what I did to them. I always made sure to smile at everyone in the halls. I said, "excuse me" and "sorry." I was confused.

"GET HER!"

My long legs carried me to who knows where. All I wanted was to be in the safety of my secret spot. I was quite tall for a fourth year student. Something that a lot of my classmates made fun of me for, but Mother just said that they were just jealous because they could never reach this height of beauty.

They were quickly catching up with me, which only gave me more motivation to speed up. I was starting to get tired and my lungs felt as if they were on fire. I wanted to stop and catch my breath. But i couldn't. Not right now. I turned around to see how far our distance was. It was a rookie mistake for I had bumped into a tall figure making us both tumble down. My hand instantly touched up to my forehead. I felt so dizzy, that I couldn't see very clearly. Maybe, I should have eaten something after all. I stood and brushed the dirt off me. While doing that I was profoundly apologizing. I looked up at the tall figure that I had bumped into and gasped. It was Theseus. Theseus Scamander. He was possibly the most gorgeous boy I had ever seen. But he would never look at me in such a way. I was a Slytherin and he was a Gryffindor. We were practically destined to hate each other. But I will never forget the moment he helped me that one time I was lost in the halls. I was a first year and I couldn't find my class. I was starting to panic. He found me and helped me. He was so kind and so helpful that I simply couldn't resist myself. It was of course never going to happen he was a sixth-year. But he was always so lovely on our rare encounters.

I loved how curly his hair was. His freckles; his blue eyes that would shine so beautifully in the sunlight. I could name all the reasons as to why he was absolutely beautiful but the list would just go on and on.

Oh Merlin, there it was. My heart was beating so hard turning my face redder than a tomato. I was afraid he might hear how loud my heart was beating.

"Hello? Malfoy? Are you okay?"

And suddenly I was brought back to reality. Oh, how cruel reality could be sometimes.

I quickly nodded yes. I wanted to stay in his company for a bit longer but I couldn't due to a couple of fifth years chasing the shit out of me. So I did what any reasonable person with common sense would do; I ran. I didn't bother to look back. I was mortified. How could I? I must've looked so incredibly stupid. Now he thinks I'm nothing more than a dumb Slytherin with a staring problem.

"Wait!"

I heard him shout and I wanted to turn around but I valued my life and proceeded to run.

Author's note: the gif is Rosie blushing when she sees Theseus. I'm so sorry for delaying this for almost two years now. I lost motivation but once I read some of the comments, I knew I needed to post a chapter. There is no official schedule but I will try to post at least once or twice a week. I will do a change in cast. Elle Fanning is now playing Rosie and Pyper America Smith will be playing her older sister. Thank you for all your love and support but most of all for being patient.
