One Shot Three Part One

In this chapter Mitsuba is alive since I want Hijikata and her to get together. Also the thing with yato blood being able to heal anything I just made it up.

Sougo smiled. His sister wasn't going to die. He wasn't too thrilled about the fact that Kagura was the one who saved her since her yato blood heals quickly and by using that to make a special medicine that can cure anything. He also wasn't happy about how many sukombu he now has to buy her but it was a small price to pay to save his sister. Before he could spend another second with his sister he was dragged off by a hungry yato who also demanded  that he buy her lunch. Regret was already evident on Sougo's face as while she filled her belly she would empty his wallet.
"I'm glad you're ok," Mitsuba looked up to see Hijikata. He wasn't looking directly at her and Mitsuba giggled at his embarrassment.
"Thanks, but I'm not 100 percent," Mitsuba smiled up at the man she loved. Unfortunately as far as she knew Hijikata had no special feelings for her but being by his side was enough. Sometimes Mitsuba would think about how nice it would be for Hijikata to love her, however, she knew that she should just be happy to be with him. After a few hours of chatting Hijikata realised he needed to get back to headquarters so reluctantly he left. When he arrived he saw a slip of paper on his table that wasn't there before.
"Yamazaki!" He called. Yamazaki came as quick as possible since he didn't want the vice chief to kill him. "Who was in my room?" Hijikata demanded. Yamazaki looked at the demon vice chief with a confused looked. "Let me repeat myself," Hijikata said through gritted teeth. He hated repeating himself. "Who was in my room!" He yelled right in Yamazaki's face. Not wanting to die Yamazaki answered instantly.
"No one as far as I know!" He replied. Hijikata frowned. Then he kicked Yamazaki off into the night for being so useless. Next Hijikata called Sougo, unfortunately the poor guy still wasn't back from feeding the glutinous pig know as Kagura, but it's ok because we love her. With a sigh Hijikata opened the contents of the letter without knowing where it came from.
Hijikata Toushirou,
We have you girlfriend if you don't want her to die then you had better come to the patriot factory alone.

"Patriots...... That was a stupid thing we made up in an episode just so the kids would go away," Hijikata remembered the episode where he was being annoyed by a kid asking about being a police officer so he and the other idiots in Gintama created a fake factory to fool the kids. It didn't really work though. Anyway as far as Hijikata knew he didn't have a girlfriend. Who did they kidnap? Could they have mistaken Mitsuba for her girlfriend? Oh no, Sougo will kill him,  for real this time, he won't just fire a bazooka and get annoyed that he missed, Sougo will actually try to kill him. Also he didn't want to see Mitsuba harmed. Hijikata quickly grabbed his sword and ran to the patriot factory.
