Chapter-1

Neil's POV:

Hi I'm Neil. I am newly appointed ACP in Delhi. I am going to meet Commissioner regarding my posting and a new case. I promised my family that I'll do my duty sincerely and make sure the citizens are safe.
Bebe and Mom blessed me before leaving to commissioner's office.

I reached the office on time. I am waiting for Commissioner to call me. Hope I can solve the case sincerely

"Neil come on in " Called the Commissioner who is in his late 40s

I saluted him and handover the appointment letter.

" Neil I have a new case for you . Recently found out that girls are missing from Immaculate college . It's been a month and police is not able to find a clue about it. No girls have returned so far. Parents are really worried. I am sure you will find out about them and bring the culprits in front of law soon. Good luck "

I reported in Commissioner's office and returned to my office to take charge.

I reached the office and met my co workers. They are smart and efficient officers. I felt one of them really close to me. He is really sincere and really enthusiastic. He is head constable DD.

I shared about the case to my team. I am sure I am going to include DD in my team. I asked him to collect the details of the case so far. He assured me that the details will be on my table by next day morning 10 .

Avni's POV

Hi I'm Avni. You might be wondering why am I speaking in sign language. It's because I lost my ability to speak at the age of 10 when I saw my parents have been murdered by some ruthless goons. I am living with my distant relatives since then. I am considered as a bad omen and is treated badly by them. I am really good at studies. I am currently doing BA English literature final year in Immaculate college Delhi. I am traditional sanskari girl. I am the one who does all the house hold chores . My cousin Rhea studies in same college as of mine but different course. She is doing fashion designing as she is really modern and fashionable girl. I don't know what is my mistake that she is considering me as her enemy. As far as I know I have never done anything to hurt others . Bye for now I have to sleep now else I can't wake up early. I have to finish household chores before leaving to college.

Neil's POV

Early morning I started to my office . I was waiting in the signal I saw a girl helping an old lady to cross the road . The old lady blessed her and she in return gave a sweet smile. My my that was awesome. She really looked good with that smile on her. Perfect combination of sweetness innocence and pure beauty. She handed over a carry bag to lady. She then moved to small temple on other side of road and prayed there and gave food  to the beggars sitting on the road side. My heart skipped a beat and felt unusual pull towards her.

Soon the signal was clear and then I drove to my office. As assured DD has collected all details regarding the case including the missing girls' address and their details. The girls are missing from past one month. Soon I have to find out who why and where . The missing happen on every Friday.

"DD we are going to meet Commissioner." I told DD and he was ever ready.

Commissioner's office:
After saluting the Commissioner he enquired me regarding the case . I told him
"Sir while going through the case I think we need to investigate in the college. So it's better to go there in disguise. Since m new here nobody knows me as ACP and in our record we will show someone else as ACP. "

" very good Neil. If you think it's good then proceed with the plan. Who else do you want to assist you? Encouraged Commissioner

" Sir I need DD in my team "

DD's face gleamed with satisfaction. First time in his service he is receiving a recognition for his sincerity.Somebody that too ACP is asking him to be in his team.

" Go ahead Neil . Wish you all success both of you"

" Jai Hind Sir " We saluted and left to immaculate college to meet the principal.
