From Me To You

Chapter 1-Prologue

Naho's Pov:-

I was taking a usual walk to my school, alone, as usual. I'm in my second year of high school and yet all alone. I had no one who would walk with me. I had Ryusei. But now-a-days he seems to be busier with planning his future. He is intelligent, smart, talented and handsome. That's why he is popular, mostly among girls. And being the girl who has nothing to do, at least I must support my best friend, shouldn't I?

Just when I'm near the gate I hear a few boys calling Ryusei and greeting him. I look here and there and finally spot him running towards a bunch of boys. I thought he looked at me, so I smiled and lifted my hand up to wave at him. But he left with those boys. They are his new classmates. Since this year we are in separate class.

We met each other when we were in first year. That's when we became best friends. But a year later we went in separate classes. Told you, he is talented and intelligent than me. But we always used to talk while walking home a few days ago. But, he has changed a lot. When the time comes everyone changes, right?

*sigh*

I looked down at my shoes and kept walking towards my class. As usual, the classes started and ended and then it was lunch time. I used to look forward to lunch breaks. Now also I do. I smiled widely as I pulled out my lunch box from the bag and ran towards Ryu's class. Oops! Sorry for not telling you that Ryu is Ryusei's nickname I had given. I suddenly stop near his class as I see him with his new friends. They were all talking loudly surrounding him.

"Ryuuu!" I called him out. He didn't look at me.

Maybe my voice didn't reach him.

"Ryuuseii!" I called him little louder.

But he just left with his friends. As usual, it broke my heart.

I've the habit of his behavior like this now, because I see it every day.

With my face looking at my shoes, I go back to my class.

The school ends for today. As usual looking at my shoes I left the class to walk home. In my way, I stumbled upon Yukari.

"Naho!"

"Yukari!" I smiled at her as I quickly looked up when she called out my name.

Yukari was my classmate just like Ryusei when we were in first year. But, she got in another class in our second year with Ryusei.

"How are you doing, Naho? Everything good?" she asked.

"Yeah, all good. What about you?" I asked back.

Yukari is a nice girl to be friends with but she doesn't involve too much in someone.

"Yes."

We were discussing about jobs and universities just when Ryusei jumped in our conversation.

"Yo, Naho!" he said while waving at me.

I smiled at him, "Ryuu-"

"Ah! Yukari, do send me that answers and tomorrow please explain it to Me." he totally ignored what I wanted to say.

"Sure, Ryusei. And not to forget about the homework, okay?" Yukari reminded him.

"Ah! Right! Oi Naho, how is everything going?" he finally looked at me.

"All Good." I almost mumbled. But then I asked him back, "About Ryu?"

He looked at his watch, "Crap! I have to go out with some friends. I better hurry. Byee Yukari!"
