Happy new year guys!! 💕🎇

I'm dedicating this chapter to Quxxn_LC for being an amazing person/supporter.

"Cass don't tell me you're just going to stay locked up in here for new year's eve" my best friend rolls her eyes at me and sits on my bed

"Hmm.. I think that's just what I'm going to do" I say covering my face with my duvet

"Oh no you won't...Not on my watch.
I mean it's new year's eve and there's a fair going on at the park. Everyone's gonna be there, there will be food, drinks, chocolate and everything nice...everyone's gonna be there with their loved ones..so don't say shit about you staying in here" she pushes me outta bed and I land ungracefully on my face

"Ouuuch!" I groan in pain and roll my eyes at her

"Sam you didn't have to push me to make your point you know."

Okay, okay, I don't have a problem with new year's eve or the fair. It's just that everyone's gonna be there with their family and friends and loved ones but me? I have no one.. Okay except Sam... Ugh you get my point.

That's why I'm reluctant about this whole thing.

"Come on, come on" she helps me up

"We're gonna be twinning so...i got you an outfit for today" she hands me a box and I gush

"Aww, Sammy you didn't have to do that. I feel bad now coz I didn't get you anything" I hug her feeling so guilty

"Pshh... It's nothing... You're the best thing that has happened to me and I won't trade you for anything in the world. You're my ride or die" she hugs me back and I squeeze her

"Yeah yeah kill me" she says and I laugh

"Crazy" I blow her a kiss and head to the bathroom.

"OMG I'm gonna die." I struggle with the zip of my top and while I'm at it Sam slaps my hand off

"I don't know what to do with you" scowling at me she zips it easily and I thank her.

"Is Louis coming?" I ask

"Yeah, he said he was going to pick us up" I smile

"The gang is complete"

"I think we should get some corn dogs" I suggest

"Nah hot dogs are way better" Louis opposes

"Are not" I counter back

"Yo! Holdup Holdup Holdup" sam leaves the company of her boyfriend

"You both are getting hamburgers" she says finality in her tone and Louis rolls his eyes while I laugh

"Mom has spoken"

Hours into new year's eve, Louis gets a call from his mom. Something about getting more drinks for her guests.

So I'm left third wheeling Sam and her boyfriend.

"Cass I think we should try the Ferris wheel"

"Yeah I think so too" I agree with her and we walk to the paying booth and behold there's a queue and from the look of things we aren't getting on that thing anytime soon.

"Hey" I hear a familiar voice. I turn and my eyes go wide

"Levi?" I say, surprised to see him here

I mean weren't billionaires not supposed to be here but at some fancy dinner thingy?

"What are you doing here?" I ask and he smiles at me

"It's new year's eve Bella" he says and I roll my eyes

"I mean yeah, I know it's new year's eve but what are you doing here."

"My cousins kids are here. She decided to bring them to New York for the holiday" he explains trying to spot them in the crowd.

"They're over there. Trying to get tickets. I just arrived and I'm supposed to get them gifts and all that" he tells me as we approach the young boy at the counter

"Hi, two tickets please" he says and I look up at him

"No, no I can pay for myself" I try to reason with him and he gives me a look that says don't argue and I just roll my eyes and frown.

"So who are you here with." he asks

"Uh.. Sam, her boyfriend and Louis. Although Louis had to leave early but he'll be back" I say getting some candy for the ride

We get settled on the Ferris wheel and my heart starts to beat really fast.

I never knew I was scared of heights until now. Like WTF! we're so high up I just hope and pray we don't fall.

"Hey beautiful, look at me" Levi notices my distress as the wheel start to increase it's speed

"Okay pals were gonna to do a countdown from 10"

"Ready!"

"Go!"

I hear the announcer say from the mic

My minds so clogged and I feel like I'm gonna throw up

"CASSIE?" Levi says

"Bella?" he tries to get my attention

"Baby, look at me" he holds my hands

"Mio Bella principessa" he says and I look at him

"Just look at me and everything will be fine" he says

"But how?" this is not gonna stop anytime soon

Levi captures my lips in a kiss and just for that moment I stopped thinking about anything and everything. My world seemed to stop. Like it was just the two of us.

He pulls me close to him and deepens the kiss. Showing some much emotion through this one kiss. Anger, frustration, kindness, calmness and love?

He pulled away and I just looked at him stunned

"Happy new year my love" He says to me, giving me his billion dollars smile and I turn red

"Happy new year Mr Rosario" I smile at him just as the wheel stops and we get down.

And just in that moment I realized something.

Something I've been trying to deny for a while now.
