I was sound asleep when my ringing tone woke me up. Groggily I stood up walking to were my phone was ringing.

Jamie?

"Hey jay-"

"Cass you gotta come quick! It's mum! She relapsed!" I heard Jamie say and all the life was drained from my face.

Rushing back to bed I kept tapping Levi furiously with tears in my eyes.

"Levi! Wake up its my mum" I shout and he jolts awake

"Princess what's wrong"

"I-its mum, she relapsed" I say my voice breaking

"Shit!" he rushes to his closet to get dressed and he also gets me something better to wear as I was just in his t-shirt.

Levi drove as fast as he could to the hospital. And when we got there I got out of the car and bolted to the door with Levi behind me.

" Cass!" Jordan and Jamie rush to me

"Where's she!?" I ask, approaching the doctor in sight.

"ma'am calm down, we need to take her to the operation room as she need a heart transplant ASAP" and before I could speak up Levi beats me to it

"Then do that! Take her to the operation room and do everything necessary to make her okay again. Don't worry about the cost, just do it" Levi dismissed the doctor.

After hours of waiting and crying the doctor finally came out and the look on his face broke me.

"Doctor how's my mum?" I ask unable to control my tears

"Ma'am, you must understand that we tried our best." No no

I thought those were the worst words to ever hear but the next words that left the doctors mouth killed me

"We lost your mother" he says bowing his head and I scream

Jamie and Jordan wail bitterly beside me and I take a hold of the doctors shirt crying profusely

"I need my mother back!
Bring her back!" I scream shaking the doctor and Levi comes behind me trying to pry my hands off of the doctor but i just continue

"Doctor!!" a nurse rushes out of the OR(operation room)

"She's alive, we need your attention now!" the nurse announces and I freeze on my spot trying to process her words while Jamie and Jordan stop crying

"She's Alive!?" I ask no one in particular

"She's alive!" I say again pulling Jamie and Jordan to me for a hug

"Mum's alive guys, mum's not dead!" I chant while we remain in each other's arms.

I don't know how all three of us fell asleep but we did.

I opened my eyes, searching for levi

Getting up and walking to the window of the OR I take a peek but there's no sight of my mum, Levi and the doctor and I frown in confusion

"Um miss" a nurse taps me and I turn

"She was taken to a private ward, although she's asleep now the doctor has agreed to let you see her" she says and I sigh in relief

I walk back to the waiting area to get my sisters and the nurse takes us to the room my mum was moved to

We go in as quiet as we could, trying not to wake her.

I take a sit on the Chair beside her while Jay and Jordan sit on the free space on her bed.

We all stay there, silently, thanking God that our mum was alive and with us.

I mean I don't know what I'd have done if I had lost my mum.

We sat there for a while watching her sleep until the doctor informed us that we had to leave. When we were at the reception area I saw Levi and I walked up to him.

He was signing some papers

Probably mum's bill.

He sees me and a smile appears on his face. He takes my hand in his and pulls me to him for a hug

"Everything is okay now" he says to me placing a kiss on my forehead.

"Come on let's get you guys home" Motioning for the girls to come over, we all walked out to the parking lot and met Rodrigo already waiting for us.

Turns out Levi had him get us a bigger car.

The things this man does for me.

It was 6pm already when we left. Levi took us back to his house, he got someone bring us some food and clothes as he had to rush off to the office for some important business not forgetting to shower me with kisses and affection before leaving though while Jamie and Jordan kept teasing us all the way.

Currently the girls and I were in his living room watching some crappy movie while eating pizza.

"He has a nice place, and a nice heart to Cass. I totally ship you guys" Jordan says and I smile

"I swear" Jamie agrees

"Awww thank you girls" I pull them for a tight hug

"move Cass, we can't breathe!" they exclaim and I laugh

"I missed you guys" I tell them

"oh! Gotta miss the good ol'days" Jamie says in a fake country voice and we all laugh reminiscing about when we were younger, the pranks we pulled on people and the way we goofed around.
