Shuichi's Perspective:

I was laying in bed staring at the sky. I still hadn't fell asleep. Although it was around midnight or later. Suddenly I heard a knock on the door. Huh? I got up and cracked the door. Kaede stood in the doorway, she seemed scared. She had tired eyes too. "Kaede? Are you okay?" "I'm so sorry, did I wake you?" "No it's alright, I was already awake." She opened the door and fell into my arms, burying her face in my chest. I was a bit surprised but then hugged her. She stood back up and I helped her. "Kaede, are you okay?" "Yea, I guess." "What happened." She looked down. "I'm scared" "Kaede..." she hugged me again. I held her head in my hands. She stood back up and looked me seriously, a little embarrassed. Of course I was blushing bad. "It's okay, I'm here for you." I said comfortingly. "Sorry, .... uhh I had a stupid dream and I was just thinking about being trapped here. It's just- I had forgotten whenever I was with you. So can we take a walk?" "Sure, where do you want to walk?" "Anywhere..." "...okay"

Kaede's Perspective:

Somewhere in the middle of our walk we ended up holding hands. Not that I minded. I was feeling better just being around him. We didn't even have to say anything. "Do you want to sit?" I said "Sure." We sat on a bench and looked at the stars. "There beautiful" I said "So are you." Shuichi said. This time, I wasnt fazed by it. I blushed really bad, but didn't question it. He didn't try to correct himself either. I looked at him and smiled. I was a little tired. I leaned my head on his shoulder. He blushed, then I closed my eyes, and fell asleep.

Shuichi's Perspective:

That morning I woke up sitting on a bench. Kaede was lying in my lap, while her legs were curled up on the bench. She was still asleep. She was so beautiful. The memories of what happened last night came back. I told her she was beautiful? Ahh why'd I do that. Whatever, she liked it. I comforted her, and that made me smile. "Mmm" Kaede opened her eyes. She stared strait at me, then sat up strait. I laughed a bit. "Shuichi..." I smiled. "Thanks for walking with me, I don't know what I would do without you." I blushed. She leaned her head back on my shoulder. She giggled a little. I smiled at her. We stayed that way a while.
