emma pov:
it's been a couple weeks of me and ethan dating and it's been great. the fans are starting to realize it as well, but we don't really care if they find out. we're not going to confirm it or anything but they probably already know which is fine.
in a couple days it's ethan and i's 1 month and i'm so excited i wonder what he has planned, what should i get him? should i even get him anything? ugh idk i'm stressed. i leave my house to go to target, once i enter i remind myself that i only came her to get some food items i need but i'll probably buy other stuff i don't need but it's fine. as i'm looking at cheese-zits i glance next to me and see..my ex. well..i wouldn't say ex but we kinda had a thing in hs. should i say hi? or...just leave and run and hide. probably hide. as i turn around to face the other direction to walk away i hear "emma?" crap. i turn around "huh?"
"it's me, jack"
" i don't think i know you" crap crap crap
"from sophomore year? we kinda dated back then.."
as he said that it got kinda awkward.
"oh um idk if i remember you, but i have things to d-"
"why don't we go out for lunch?" -jack
as i think of what to say umm obviously no but will i make the wrong mistake and say yes probably because i'm a nice person"as friends" he says
"uhhh....sure..why not..."
"does tomorrow at 12 sound good?" -jack
"uhhh ya" hopefully i won't busy hanging out with ethan..crap...ethan how would i explain this? would he care? he shouldn't, i don't think. "well i'll see you
as i walk to go check out, my phone buzzes so i check it, oh it's a text from ethan
ethan<3 : hey:) are busy today?
i smile and quickly reply
em: nope:) but i'm at target rn getting some food for once lol but i'll be home in about 30 minutes see you then?
ethan<3 : sounds good:)
i put my phone away and start to pay for my groceries. as i drive home i honestly don't know what just happened in target with jack. like what are the odds of seeing him there? WHAT ARE THE ODDS? talk about luck.. i pull up to my apartment garage and park and walk to up to my door and unlock to reveal ethan on my couch sitting on his phone. he looks up at me and smiles he gets up and grabs the groceries out of my hands. ugh...he's such a good bf...
"hi" i smile and kiss him as he puts his arms around my waist deepening the kiss then he pulls away
"i missed you"-e
"it's only been 2 days since we've seen each other" i say smiling
"yes, but only 2 days of not being able to do this" he says finishing that sentence with kissing me.
as i pull away i say "i've missed you too" i say giving him a quick kiss.
"do you want to help me put the food away"
"sure" -e
as he grabs the food and he opens the next bag he sees some random stuff "this doesn't look like food" he says laughing
"stoppp you know i can't help myself when it comes to going to target only trying to get a few items then i wound up getting 15 items more then i expected to be getting and then i waste my money"
he laughs "i know i'm just giving you a hard time" he says as he winks at me then walks to the fridge to put some food away. i sigh and smile because he's just so gosh dang cute.
a couple hours later ethan left, and i'm so stressed again. he calmed me down but didn't even know it. he still has no idea and idk why i'm freaking out out over this but i am..
