james pov:
me and the sister squad haven't all hung out together in a couple weeks, this is weird..ooo i should text the group chat to see if all of us aren't busy
[sister squad]
james: good morning☺️ we should all hang today
gray: i don't have any plans idk about ethan though
em: i'm free
ethan: yeah, i don't have plans
james: alright sounds good!
gray: meet at our place at 1
emma: okay, see you then
em pov:
i miss ethan... lately we've been hanging out everyday, and sometimes stay overnight at each other's house, and it's been about 2 days... oh gosh...why am i so clingy...this needs to stop i think then laugh at myself alone in my apartment. at least i get to see him today but i don't want to be that annoying couple that's so touchy touchy in front of our friends... well we will see how it goes later..
i finally get up out of bed to shower, and then i got dressed. i decided to wear a red crop top, with light colored jean shorts, then i brush my hair.
should i wear it in a bun? orrr down? how about down for a change, i always wear it up
then i went downstairs and thought to myself should i make myself a coffee?? sure..
then i make my iced coffee with almond milk and check the time [1:15] crap i'm late why did i take a hour long shower?!
i hurry and grab my keys and slip on some shoes and run out the door
ethan pov:
where is emma? it's 1:25??
"okay i understand if she's late sometimes but it's been almost 30 minutes" graybsays laughing
"i honestly don't know why she's so late" -e
"probably because you didn't sleep over like usual" gray says giggling
"ohhh okay, wowon average how much do you guys hangout". -james
i scratch my head...do i really have to say... i try stalling
"ummm..." i say while james looks at me impatiently for an answer "like...everyday..." i say laughing a little
"wow..." james says smiling
"but we i haven't seen her for like 2 days so.." -e
"yeah it's the longest they've been apart" gray says laughing while james joins him
"i'm here!! i'm so sorry i lost track of time" emma says barging through the front door to join us in the living room
i smile and stand up to hug her, she looked so cute like usual.. i look at her admiring the view
she laughs "what"
i giggle "nothing"
"okay" she says laughing a little bit in confusion
"sooo what did i miss?" em says while looking at all of us
"apparently ethan" james says making grayson burst out laughing, emma joking rolls her eyes and laugh then sits on the couch next to james
"anyways...what do u guys wanna do" she says while i go sit next to grayson on the couch.
"i'm not sure, but i want to do something that's good and fresh and fun" -james
"well...we could-" -e
"GO SWIMMING" grays says as he cuts me off
"i mean...i'm down" -james
"sure" -em
"let's go!" grayson says as he looks very excited for some reason
then we all get up and me and ethan walk into his room to get changed. i may or may not have a bag of clothes i keep here...
"which one should i wear?" i show him a peachy/ tan one and a blue one
"how about this one" he says pointing at the blue one
"alright" i say as i walk into the bathroom to change, when i finish i walk out towards my bag and bend down to put my other clothes in there. as i bend back up ethan walks up behind me and puts his arms around me
"you look beautiful" -e
"really? i don't feel like it"
"but you are emma"
"whatever" i laugh a little and turn around to face him and i lean in and we kiss passionately as his arms were around my waist and mine around his neck. then we both pull back "come one we better go" he says as he intertwines our hands as my hand fits perfectly into his and we walk out to the backyard to find james tanning and grayson in the water
"there you guys are" james says
"sorry i was deciding on what swimsuit to wear" -em
"hmmm sureee" gray says smirking at me and emma, as she shakes her head and i couldn't help but smile.
as me and em walked down the steps into the pool as we were still holding hands. once the water got up to her hips she let go of my hand and walked behind me and jumped on my back and i couldn't help but laugh a little.
"jamessss come in!" emma yells to get his attention
he smirks and runs towards the pool and jumps in making a big splash leaving us all laughing. then i jumped backwards making me and emma fall into the pool. as she comes up she has hair all over her face and i start laughing "thank you...really thank YOU" she said sarcastically angry with me and i just laughed. then she suddenly jumped on my back making me fall forward into the water and now all of us were laughing, "you guys are honestly so cute" -james says smiling at us
me and emma look at each other and smile then emma says "we know" in a sassy way making us all laugh
