Is he going to sing?!

Clary had no idea why jace was jogging up to the stage. She was utterly confuzzled.

"What the hell is he doing!?" She mumbled under her breath.

'What the hell am I doing' jace thought.

'Okay okay I got this' he said to himself.

Jace walked up on stage and soon all eyes were on him. He had planned everything out with the band members, so the lead singer walked off the stage before quietly wishing jace good luck. Jace took the microphone and stood there, center stage, with both hands shakily clutching the thing.

'Oh my god. Is he going to sing?' Clary thought.

"I'd like to dedicate this song to my amazing girlfriend, Clary Adele Fray. I know it's not much for a 3 year anniversary gift, but I just thought . . . . Well . . I want this day to be perfect, and I want her to know how I feel. And what better way of doing it than coming up on stage and singing in front of hundreds of people. Right?" He got some laughs from the crowd.

"This is for you, clary." He looked at his love, like his whole life depended in it.

'Jace has an incredible voice. This is the sweetest thing anyone's ever done for me' she thought

For most of the song, people glanced from jace to clary, eyes wide with . . . Idk what . . . . Admiration for the two? Some of the teenage girls with glances of jealousy

When he finished singing the song, clary had tears in her eyes, and jace was just relieved that it was over and he didnt mess up.

Jace put the microphone down and slowly exhaled. He was surprised to hear the crowd cheering as loud as they were. Before he knew it, he saw clary running up onto the stage and knocking him down with the biggest hug ever. They were in the floor of the stage now- clary flat on top of jace, her arms around him. She kissed him. Hard. The crowd was obviously very entertained.
