Rainbow Dash POV

I woke up to the alarm clock. RING RING RIN-

I slapped my hand on the off button, and the annoying ringing stopped.

Soarin came knocking on the door, and we headed to school together like yesterday.

The school day went on just fine, except for the part where I dozed off in History, and earned a scolding from the teacher. She tried to make me answer a ridiculous question, but when I got it correct, she like overturned her desk and stormed outta the room. OMG! And Rarity got it on tape!

I was about to go back home (Soarin's house) when I saw...my sisters and brothers?!

The Streak twins, Wave, Fleet, Prism, Sky, Vapor and Speedy were waiting for me outside the school?!

I greeted nervously,"Hi guys-"

"Oh Dashie? Are you okay? Fleet told us everything!" cried Prism like I'm beaten up as fuck!

I replied,"Yeah, but I'm staying at Soarin's house now. i don't dare to go back."

Vapor said,"You mean the celeb Soarin Skies?!"

"Yeah." said Soarin, who just miraculously appeared behind me.

Speedy and Vapor were squealing, and blushing furiously. They told me they had a crush on him, and sometimes fought over him in the house.

I smirked.

"Anyway, we have to go. I wanna hang out in the park!" declared Sky, and we marched down the street to the park. I love that place so much!

There was a giant fountain in the center of the park, and I always toss coins into it, and make a private wish, then sit on the rim of the pool, gazing at the coins in the fountain.

Us, this big party, sat down on benches and chatted about my new life. Soarin and I answered casually, but kept the bullying out of the conversation.

Wave said,"I'm gonna buy you guys something, Dad gives money to burn just for the fun of it."

He left. Now I think actually Soarin's family is poorer than mine. But I don't get any money. I have to work myself stupid just to have three meals and clothes.

I said,"Guys, how is the family doing?"

"Great, but Dad is furious when you escaped. He stormed about the house for days and still is going strong! But we will keep you safe from him. Even though he is our dad." replied Fire.

Lightning added,"And we will go to any lengths to do it."

Wave came back this very moment with ice creams! I haven't had one for like forever! I haven't the money.

I chose a chocolate one since Wave let me choose first. (My fave too!)

As we ate, we continued chatting.

I finished my ice cream and asked,"Should I go back? After all, I don't want Dad to take out his anger on one or more of you..."

"No! We will handle it! After, we are here for you! Stay at Soarin's and be the legend you're meant to be!" replied Prism.
