Chapter 5: Relationship Fails

On the first day when he'd called her, Todoroki didn't even bother going inside the cafe with Yaoyorozu and instead pinned her against the wall of a nearby alley. He was heartbroken and unstable, unable to handle the loss of his (y/n).

This is what made him constantly use momo for the next two months until she finally left Yosetsu. While the dual haired hero felt bad for the guy, the weight of his own break up was much too heavy for him to actually care. So instead he gladly welcomed his rebound's unrequited love and continued on.

One particular night when Todoroki and Yaorzoru were leaving "their" house, they found themselves suddenly surrounded by the press. Questions like "are you married?" And "How long have you been together?" Were thrown at the scandalous couple while Momo gladly answered them, openly declaring that they were deeply in love.

"Deeply in love my ass!" (Y/n) yelled, angrily throwing her remote at the TV screen. During her two months, she'd been stalking the news, keeping a close eye on Todoroki's drama especially. Even though she knew things were her fault she couldn't help but be jealous and hurt at the idea of those two.

Their relationship was thriving, hers was crumbling every second of the day. Sex was brutal, Katsuki often came home pissed, he was clearly cheating, she'd gained at least fifteen pounds and to top it, every day was a new argument.

"What the hell?! You didn't fucking pay for that thing! Stop trying to break it!"

"Well you didn't pay for my heart either but here you are shattering it every fucking day of my miserable life!"

"You're heart isn't worth half the cost of that TV!"

"And that whore isn't worth the thousand dollars you pay her per night. I'm still here y'know! And the best thing about it is that I'm free!"

"But you're disgusting! Look at you! Fucking you is like fucking a bag of diabetes!"

"Yet you still pin my throat against the wall and pound me senseless." Katsuki's eyes nearly rolled back at her statement, his body trembling with arousement.

"(y/n)."

"Why do you cheat?!"

"Because you're so hot when you're pissed."

A few hours later, a loud crash was heard from the bedroom and Katsuki came storming out as he angrily threw on his clothes.

"You piece of shit. If you hate me so damn much, why don't you just leave?!"

"Maybe I will leave your pussy ass. And while I'm at it, I might as well call Kirishima. I wonder if he's into cuckolding, someone!" The words barely left (y/n)'s lips before the front door blew open, and the blonde walked through the ruins.

Her heavy breaths echoed throughout the now empty living room while she walked back into the bedroom to put on some clothes of her own. On the way, she constantly scratched at the bruises and hickeys adorning her skin.

"I hate you, I hate you, I hate..." Even though the words were leaving her lips, the young woman could barely process them, unsure of whether they were directed to Katsuki or herself.

She quickly stuffed her things in a portal after getting dressed and quickly ran from the house in fear of him coming back for another abusive round.

"We used to be so damn happy. What did i..." Her voice faded towards the end, memories of their relationship flashing in her head. The only highlights she could find worth remembering were when they were intimate but everything else was filled with him. Every time she was in pain he was there and even after they split apart, the memory of his kisses and comfort were what always calmed her down.

In the end, it was always him. He kept his promise in keeping her happy while to the very last day she made him miserable.

'I have to go back."

'But he's with someone else.

'It doesn't matter, he doesn't love her.'

'Are you sure?'

'I don't know.'
