i know, i know, i haven't updated it in like 2 weeks but 1st im to stressed and depressed to function and 2nd school is taking up all my time.
After 30 minutes of mine and Gerard's awkward 1 minute conversation, i had went to the room that i was supposed to sleep in.
I felt so tired, it was very late and i needed some sleep. I laid on the soft bed, the mattress taking my body form as i laid down. I felt my eye lids getting heavy and i soon fell asleep.
It was about 7 am when i woke up, judging by the old huge brown clock in my room that kept ticking and ticking. The light from the unclosed curtains hit me eyes hard and i needed a second my readjust my sight.
It wasn't really a peaceful morning, due to the fact that i woke up because of the loud knocking on the front door. I jumped out of bed, that was very, very messy, because i move a lot in my sleep. I ran my hands through my slightly greasy hair and stood up, the bed creaking after me.
The floor was cold, i wasn't wearing anything besides a pair of boxers. My wet clothes were still on the floor from the night before. Well, actually, they were dry by now, but very very dirty and mud covered.
I heard men's voices coming from the living room, or supposedly the front door.
I opened the door slightly, trying to hear something, because obviously by now i still haven't learned my lesson.
"Can we look around the house, Mr. Way?" i heard a deep man's voice.
"Why not, i have nothing to hide gentlemen." Gerard answered.
I still had no idea what was going on and who these men were, but as i heard footsteps coming my way i quickly shut the door and backed away.
Few seconds later, the door opened and it revealed two very tall police men looking at me in confusion.
I just smiled awkwardly and held my breath for a few seconds until Gerard showed up behind the policemen.
"Would you like to explain who this is, Mr. Way?" One of them asked, turning their head towards Gerard but looking at me from the corner of their eye. I just kind of stood awkwardly in the middle of the room, not knowing what to do. Gerard was smirking at me again for some reason.
"Oh, dear, i forgot he was here. That's a boy that was staying over for the night because of the rain outside. He missed the bus for home and he asked me if he could stay the night." Gerard answered politely, his hands behind his back, keeping a straight posture as he continued to look at me. I have to admit, when he looks at me it feels like he's looking deep into my soul and its quite uncomfortable.
"And why is he wearing only... this, its freezing cold in here." Ome of the police men gestured with his finger towards my body.
I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion until I suddenly realized i was almost naked. I quickly snatched the blanket off of the bed and rolled it around my body.
"His clothes are all wet, Mr. Policeman." Gerard answered once again.
He sighed loudly "Aight folk, we have nothing against you. You're fine.. for now." The unnamed policeman said and him and his partnor left the house while Gerard still stood in the doorway of the room while looking at me.
"Why we're 'ey here?" I asked in a high pitched voice, looking Gerard straight in the hazel eyes.
"Doing check-ups..." He mumbled and i barely caught what be said but i heard him anyways.
"Check-ups? This side of town is completely dead and abandoned, why would they do a check-up here? You're not good at lying" I answered sassily, still holding the heavy but soft blanket against my body.
"Don't sass me boy. I think it's time for you to go anyways" He tilted his head sideways, some pieces of hair falling infront of his pale face, making a huge contrast.
I sighed, looking down. He was right though."Okay can you leave so i can get dressed atleast?" I asked him with an annoyed tone. I realized after i leave i have to go to church again, it's part of my routine. I stay there for atleast 2 hours.
He nodded slowly, and when i say that the smirk on his face was glued, im not lying. He closed the creaky door and i was left alone.
I sighed as i dropped the blanket and put it on the bed so it doesnt collect dust on the floor.
I walked over to my dry clothes, bent over and picked them up, cringing at the mud that was all over them. I tried removing some of the mud but it had stained a huge part brown on the fabric.
I put on my dirty but thankfully dry clothes quickly and i fixed my hair in the reflection of the huge mirror that was placed right across the bed. I reached for the door handle and opened it, stepping outside, the smell of food hitting my nose.
It's safe to say that i literally haven't eaten in atleast 12 hours, and my stomach was growling loudly. But even tho i was hungry as shit, i just wanted to leave at this point.
I made my way slowly and quietly to the front door, ignoring the smell of bacon and eggs and not bothering to say goodbye. And of course, just when i put my hand on the door handle and thought i could get out without Gerard noticing, i was of course wrong, because that motherfucker popped out of somewhere again and startled me.
"Not gonna stay for breakfast, not even gonna say goodbye or thank me for letting you stay the night in my house?" I heard Gerard's voice just as i was going to open the door.
I sighed and turned around, seeing Gerard leaning against the wall with crossed arms and a raised perfect eyebrow. Just now i noticed that he had rolled up the sleeves of his black polo shirt and he had a big and deep scar across his pale forearm. I decided not to question it, instead i answered his question, just because i wanted to get out as soon as possible.
"I'm s-sorry, im just.. really running l-late for church, but thank you for letting me stay the n-night. And a-as much as i w-would love to, i don't have time for breakfast. G'bye Gerard and t-thank you once again." I smiled slightly, cursing at myself mentally for stuttering so much.
I opened the heavy door and as i was about the step out, i heard Gerard's voice again.
"Why do you stutter so much, Frankie?" He asked in a slightly high pitched tone, as if he was trying to imitate me. "Is it a problem that 'ya have or you're just nervous?" He started walking towards me while i just kept staring at the ground and i got more and more nervous.
"I-i..." i tried to say something but i ended up with nothing.
He stopped walking when he was right infront of me, i was still looking at the ground so i only saw his feet that wore black tight jeans and black polished shoes.
"Hm? Sorry i didn't catch that" He was pushing me to the edge, i knew it.
"I-.. goodbye Gerard" I left and slammed the door shut in Gerard's surprised face. Before i was too far away i heard him yell something along the lines of "We'll meet again".
hhhh finally an update wow. Idk when I'll post the next part tbh but i swear from the next part you'll see some Gerard serial killer shit.
