Baby Come Home...

CHAPTER 19:

Dan's POV:

A day after Aaron had been killed Kate was still shaken up, she wouldn't even eat when the guys got her some food. I was starting to worry for her because she needs to make sure that the baby is ok too. I was just watching her, Kate was in her own world and it made me think what is going on in the minds of hers.

"Kate, you need to eat"

"I will later, I can't get his image out of my head and it's making it hard to sleep"

"I know it's hard and I'm sorry but you didn't do anything wrong babe"

"yeah, but I could of saved him"

"it's not you fault, what if he killed you or the baby?"

"it's not his fault he is a schizophrenic"

"I'm not saying it was or wasn't but you can't blame your self for him being killed"

"I know I just need time ok"

I nodded at what she said and didn't push the matter any further and we'll what can I do I'm stuck in the hospital for a few more weeks because of my injuries and I can't really do anything for her. Kyle came in and sat next to her she smiled so him and he rubbed her stomach, "how's baby Smith today?"

"I don't know really he or she hasn't moved much, hey Kyle can you get me some food I am craving some chocolate"

"sure kitten, I will be back"

Kyle left and I just watched as she rubbed her stomach and she looked worried, was there something wrong with our baby? All these thoughts went through my mind and it made me worry because she went through so much yesterday.

"Kate, go and see a doctor maybe there is something wrong with the baby?"

"ok I will, Dan I love you and I am sorry for all of this"

Kate left my room and I watched as she walked away, she was still in her own world and I only could hope she was ok..

Kate's POV:

I walked out of Dan's room and walked past Kyle "hey I am going to the bathroom, I'll be back soon"

Kyle nodded and I walked in the bathroom and breathed, then I felt a pain, I couldn't believe this was happening now. It was so bad I clutched my stomach and screamed, I felt something run down my legs I looked down and saw I was bleeding, I tried to stop it but it was so much, I placed my hands on the sink in the bathroom but before I could catch my breath I started to feel dizzy then I fell on the floor, I remember hitting something on the way and then it went into darkness...

Wills POV:

After seeing Dan, he was worried why Kate hadn't come back from the bathroom it had been 20mins and she was suppose to be here, I went to look for her and I headed into the bathroom and saw her on the floor she was passed out and blood all around her. Something was wrong and it wasn't good. I picked her up and carried her to a doctor they placed her on the bed and checked her over. She was pale. I looked down and saw I had blood on me and I went and told Kyle and Woody. They could break the news to Dan when we find out more. He would only worry if we told him now. I saw down and waited for the doctor to come and see me but no one did and it made me think what is wrong with Kate and the baby?

Unknown POV:

We got Kate out of the operating room and took her to recovery.. We headed to see her family or next of kin and they were waiting I looked at them they were trying to find out what happened..

"Kate had a placental abruptin, she was lucky we were able to save her life but I'm sorry the baby has died"

Will:"will she be ok?"

"yes she will but at the moment she will be on rest and she will need to speak to someone about this"

Kyle:"thank you so much"

Dan's POV:

After hearing Kate fell and she was now recovery and I knew she lost the baby. I got up from my bed, I was in pain but she was in worse pain then what I was in. I walked to her bedside and held her hand and kissed it, I couldn't believe from the time we met we had been though so much. I was heartbroken and I didn't even know the baby but I felt like this child could of been good for us. Now she will have to wait for another chance at motherhood... The guys came and we were now around her bedside as she was recovering...
