Chapter 7: Finding Astrid

It was now morning and as promised my dad let me go find and talk to Astrid.
I knew whatever I said to her wouldn't make what I said last night go away or become unheard, but I just had to try. I mean if I wasn't going to see her for I don't know how many years then I've got to at least say goodbye.

So after feeding Toothless his basket full of fish we headed out to find Astrid. Thankfully I was aloud to take Toothless on this trip. I don't know what I would do without him.
The first place we headed to was Astrids house. She lived alone due to the tragedy of her parents. That's apparently what changed her and gave her that tough attitude. Obviously doing the most polite thing I could do, I knocked.

no answer. Obviously, I'm so stupid. I decided to knock again.
Still nothing. Oh great now where is she? I mean I didn't really want to barge in, would kind of be an invasion of privacy. I mean what if I saw her naked?! I shook that thought out of my head. What is wrong with me?

An idea suddenly sprung into my head,

"come on, I know where she is bud!" I said hopping onto his back. He gave a little grumble as we took off towards 'our' place. Yes, you guessed it, the cove.

The place where we made so many fantastic memories, such as me meeting Toothless, her first time seeing Toothless and... our first kiss.

As we finally reached the cove I looked down to see Astrid throwing very large rocks into the pond. Gods, she must be angry. She was shouting things as well but I couldn't hear her from Toothless.

"come on, let's glide down bud..." I told him patting his side. I wasn't looking forward to this...

I KNOW PLEASE DON'T HATE ME! SORRY IT'S SO SHORT! I WAS JUST RUSHING AS I NEED TO GO TO SLEEP AS I'VE GOT TO GET UP EARLY TOMORROW AS I'M GOING OUT. TO WHERE I HAVE NO CLUE! IT'S A SURPRISE! I HATE SURPRISES! URGH! SORRY! I'LL UPDATE WHEN I CAN! ALSO THANKS FOR 103 READS, ALREADY? THANKS SO MUCH!
