Chapter 14

               ** Y/N's Perspective **

    To be honest, I was terrified to go on this journey, but whatever.

    We loaded our things onto the ship, and headed off towards the west.

    Annabeth said she needed to follow the Mark of Athena, so we needed to go to Rome.

    Percy insisted on us going with her, but she said she had to go on her own.

        Oh look! A magical time skip!

     They had made it to Rome.

    There were two adults, a woman and a man. They were on a motorcycle, they looked like actors.
The couple took Annabeth with them and drove off.

    We realized we had to go to Greece to find Todd. Annabeth figured that out somehow.

   We were running low on rations. I personally haven't eaten in a week, but I wasn't going to let my friends worry about me. I had not eaten, because I was letting them have the food.

    "We are running out of food." Leo stated the obvious.

    "We should stop and gather some." I suggested. Everyone agreed.

   "Leo, make a fire, so we can roast our food. Piper, go see of you can find a farm or fruit tree. Percy, there is a lake right over there, go search for fish or something. Jason and I will try to catch birds." I commanded. Everyone quickly rushed off to do their jobs.

    I just learned that I could fly about a week ago, so my brother and I fly up to catch birds. That's when something unusual happens. I fall out of the sky, I can't seem to control my powers.

    Just as I am thinking that it's the end of me, I hit the ground. Surprisingly, it didn't hurt, but that's when I realized.

            I was drowning in the dirt.
