Diagon Alley

Jennie walked into Olivanders. It was filled with long boxes to the roof. A smashed lamp was left on the floor. Jennie picked it up and put it on the counter.
"Hello Jennie. I was expecting to see you." Jennie jumped around and saw a old man leaning on the counter.
"Oh Hi." She waved "I'm here for a wand." She smiled weakly. The old man span round and grabbed a box. He put it on the counter and took it out. He passed it to her.
"Apple wood. Unicorn hair. 12 inches. Well give it a wave." She waved it and a pot of flowers suddenly died.
"No not that one. Hmmm." He passed her another one. "maybe? 6 inches. Apple wood again. Unicorn and Phoenix feather. Well?" Jennie waved it and a bunch of wands flew towards her.
"No! No! Definitely not! Hmmmm. Maybe?" He passed her one more. It was wood carved into what looked like vines. It had a small spider for where you put your thumb. Jennie waved and suddenly she was floating with gold dust round her. Olivander was watching her with awe
"8 inches. Phoenix feather core and oak wood." He smiled and muttered curious.
"What?" Jennie looked at him. He spun round and realised he was talking outloud.
"Oh well...The wand that's mentioned in a profocy...it was this one...it's supposed to kill he-who-must-not-be-named's most faithful death eater." he frowned. Jennie looked at him and payed, thinking about this on the way out.

Hagrid appeared with two ice creams. He smiled.
"We need to go to flourish and blots. To get yer books" he looked at the list "o' course. Come on!" And she followed him into a book shop. They got transfiguration for beginners and grade 1 spells. She went to the front to get the Gilderoy Lockhart books. Then she was grabbed by the neck by Hagrid.
"Ye don' wanna go too close to the cameraman. You'll be on the front page." He went forward.
"Oh look who it is!" She turned around and saw a tall man in a ridiculous robe "miss Jennie Black! Harry Potter and Jennie Black come to buy my books in the same day!" He smiled. Cameraman crowded around her and started asking questions like "Why did your mother die?" And "Do you support the dark lord?" And before she could break down and cry Hagrid grabbed her and pulled her out of the crowd.
"I took some money out of your pouch to get your stuff." He gave her the change "Ok go into madam malkis and she will give you a robe. I have something I have to do. See ya in a minute Jennie!" Jennie ran off into madam malkils. She was fitting on a robe next to a girl with short bob hairstyle and her mother was shouting at the woman.
"Who should I say this is for?" The woman who was measuring Jennie asked in her French accsent.
"Jennie Black" She ran off wide eyed muttering in French.
"Ha. Jennie Black? I thought you would be more impressive in person." The girl next to Jennie sneered.
"What."
"Oh I just thought you would be cooler. I'm Merula."
"Jennie." She looked at Merula puzzled.
"Ok. I'll show you real friends. Hanging out with that ape." She pointed at Hagrid and scoffed "I mean really."
"HE'S THE NICEST 'APE' I KNOW!" Jennie's eyes turned Red "SO LEAVE HIM ALONE OR ELSE" Merula stood in her position star struck.
"JENNIE BLACK" Jennie walked over and picked up her robe "and this" Madam malkin passed Jennie a jumper. "I believe your brother left it for you." It was a knitted red jumper.
"Um ok" Jennie smiled and walked out the door.
"Jennie I got 'ya somethin'." Hagrid passed her a ginger cat.
"Awww." Jennie looked in the cage
"He is the only one I'm not allergic too and he's yours. What do you want to call him?"
"Christopher!" Hagrid handed Christopher over to Jennie. Then a ginger girl ran into Jennie.
"Owww!" Jennie stood up and helped the ginger up "Sorry I'm Jennie Black."
"I'm Ginny Weasley! I'm sorry for bumping into you." She smiled
"Did you just say Jennie Black?" A ginger woman ran over with her many sons. "I'm Molly Weasley! I was friends with your parents!" She shook Jennie's hand vigorously
"Jennie this is the woman who you will be livin' with for the rest of the summer. Is tha' ok?"
"Yes!" Jennie smiled at Molly. Molly smiled back. "Thank you"
"Oh it's no problem dear. This is Percy, Fred, George, Ron and Barry." She pointed at her sons one by one. Barry smiled at Jennie
"No mum I'm George" said one of the twins
"Oh sorry George"
"I'm joking i am Fred" Fred said and he winked at Jennie. She giggled and Molly scowled.
"Well dear I'll take you to our house." Molly said and turned. Jennie hugged Hagrid and waved goodbye.
