Chapter 25

Taylor's P.O.V

Todays the day.

Today I'm 20 years old.

Today I'm done with my childhood.

And today I find out what Mitch is doing for my birthday.

"Elena can you help me get ready for my party?" I asked her.

"Oh yeah, definately.

When we were done I had curled hair, perfect eye makeup done, and a short blue sequiny dress.

"Are you ready?" Elena asked.

"More than ever."

The guys had texted and said to meet them at the beach. We walked down to the beach, where are the guys were waiting for us.

"Wow.. Taylor you look beautiful." He said and kissed me. I still get those damn butterflies.

"Thanks Mitchell, not to shabby yourself!" I said.

We danced around the beach for a few hours to our favorite songs and finally it was time for cake and presents.

"Happy birthday dear Taylor, happy birthday to you." They terribly sang.

I laughed while blowing out the candles and getting cake.

"Oooh, can we do presents?" I anxiously asked.

"I don't see why not." Adam said.

"Me first!!" Jerome screamed like a child.

"Okay." I opened Jerome card and a check came out.

$800?!

"Oh my gosh!! Thank you so much."

"Read the note."

Dear Taylor,

You've been like my best friend for as long as I can remember. You're like a sister more to me than a friend. I've known since the day I met you we would be best friends forever. We have countless amounts of memories I'll never forget.

"Jerome this is so sweet." I said and hugged him.

I went one at a time opening everyones gift. Then I finally got to Mitch. I looked at him

He took a deep breath and got down on one knee.

"Taylor we've had our ups and downs and our sides to sides, I've loved you through it all. All my life you weren't just my best friend, you were family. I became the happiest man alive when we kissed for the first time. I felt a feeling I had never felt before. Our endless amounts of memories and more to come during this life we have left, I don't see why we couldn't spend them

together. Taylor will you marry me?"

I had tears rolling from my eyes.

"Yes, yes, yes!!!" I kissed him. It was truly the most happy I had ever been.
