The Doctor needs to form a plan. Any plan that will stop as many lives from being claimed as possible, along with getting the TARDIS back and the Velociraptor away from New York. He decides the best course of action is to find the TARDIS first, with that they can lure the velociraptor into it then transport it into a better time period. The plan, at first glance, isn't as simple as it might seems. As they left the alleyway. they spotted the velociraptor.

The Velociraptor was chasing down people on the streets as if it was a maniac of a hit-man. First a man was mowed down, then a family. Mass-panic began to set. "New York to be purged by Dinosaurs. a Velociraptor, a real dinosaur, has been spotted in the outskirts of New York, moving closer inwards. Reports say that more dinosaurs may be on the way" reported one news station, "Dinosaur invading New York! Russians could be behind biological weapons?" reports another. As the dinosaur hurt and killed more and more people...

Meanwhile, in the Science Lab. Michael Manum is laughing. His plan has worked. The Doctor is trapped without a TARDIS and there will be more dinosaurs on the way. He turns around and presses a few buttons on the control panel. The screen turns black before changing colour to a maroon colour. "Doctor Manumezieur reporting for duty Guardian."

It took only milliseconds for a voice to reply. It was very deep and sounded very angry. He spoke with long pauses between words, "Good. Good. The raptors are succeeding, correct?" The person who spoke was shrouded in mystery. Who could it be?

"Good sir. I have nine news reports on the television telling me all about it. Sixty-two dead already and more to come when our second raptor arrives. The Doctor is without his TARDIS. he has no way of escaping." replied the Doctor. was this part of his plot? Was there a facade before?

"Very good. Make sure the Doctor dies or you will be disposed of." spoke the voice. the last few words were cried out in a very sure manner. The Doctor has to die. Doctor Manum presses a button which closed the screen off. he moved his hand very slowly to another button on the control panel. "The raptors will come" said Michael in a very antagonistic way. He pressed hard on the panel and the room turned red in alarm.

Suddenly, out of the white block, came hundreds of thousands of raptors. They begin terrorising the streets and blocks. Thousands were dying. The Doctor and Amy were down the road, half a mile away trying to lure the current velociraptor with their leftover pizza from before. Amy felt a vibration on her phone and opened it up. The President had declared a national emergency: "Thousands of Raptors were flooding New York. Stay inside or evacuate immediately."

"Blimey" said the Doctor, "How are we going to solve this?"

"First, we gotta find the TARDIS" cried Amy.

"There's no way we are fitting a thousand raptors into the TARDIS, even if it is bigger on the inside" replied the Doctor. He was very anxious. He had to act quick or the lives of thousands, hundreds of thousands or even millions could die. The Doctor was thinking. and thinking. and thinking. Until he realised that he had a very good idea. A very 'deadly' idea. Disease.

The Doctor would spread a disease only obtainable for the raptors and dropped it over New York. No TARDIS required, though it would be helpful. He got to work. He took Amy's phone and rang the UNIT headquarters based in New York. He couldn't wait until the next day for Kate Stewart to arrive so he headed there in a panic. they ran down the streets, trying to avoid any raptor eye contact until they arrived at the headquarters.

"I require a bi-plane equipped with a science lab, various chemicals, disease specimens and a packet of jaffa-cakes." said the Doctor as soon as the slammed the doors open. Amy came in more calmly, closing the doors behind them. "I don't need to do a genocide. Sleeping chemicals is fine. just to transport them away."exclaimed the Doctor, more calm and slowly this time. The equipment was getting prepared and the Doctor with Amy were sitting casually in the UNIT office. The Doctor was worried about whether New York would descend into chaos.

The phone rings. The Doctor, who had by now sat down comfortably next to his companion, jumped up at the hearing - he glanced at the clock which had noticeably changed from when he sat down. He ran over to the phone but was beat by a UNIT official, Brigadier James Gordon who sternly answered the phone. "Hello, this is Brigadier James Gordon, this is the UNIT headquarters in New York. What is your issue?" said the official. The Doctor looked displeased. There were murmurs over the phone but the Doctor was both too disinterested and far away to listen to the conversation. he lumped back over to Amy and sat down, crossing his legs. "Okay, Ma'am. We'll tell the Doctor straight away." replied the UNIT official. The Doctor was surprised to hear his name and raced the Brigadier to tell himself the news.

"Kate Lethbridge-Stewart will be here shortly, Doctor" said the officer in a militaristic manner. The Doctor straightened his bow-tie before several army soldiers walked into the room with a small trolley. One of them told the Doctor that these were the chemicals he required. He got to work immediately with another UNIT scientist, Michael Bowen who had told the Doctor that he was Australian. How would this new potion work and how would the Doctor be able to cover the entirety of New York and the outer-streets in a bi-plane before death-tolls get too high?

Amy was sitting comfortably in a swivel chair, moving from side to side watching the two work on their new potion. She had stolen some of the Doctor's jaffa-cakes and began to munch down on them. The Doctor and Bowen however were close to finishing their concoction. Will it work?
