Previously on Doctor Who New Worlds, The Doctor and Bowen finished their work on a potion that'd put the raptors in the city to sleep while Amy broke her leg while finding and bringing the TARDIS back to UNIT. Kate Stewart arrived and along with the Doctor are ready to spray New York's raptors away.

The bi-plane lifted into the sky before the Doctor expressed that this was his second time flying a plane - you could tell by the fact it was mostly wobbling but was good for a second time. The Doctor having a lot of fun, he was rubbing his hands together - before realising he had to hold the controls steady. He was ready to launch the potion so he punched down lightly on a reddish-green coloured button. the spray, which was a green colour, was lurched out from beneath the plane. It was covering most of New York in a light cloud of smell which put the raptors to sleep quickly.

After making sure they were all asleep, they landed back at the UNIT headquarters and the Doctor opened up the hatch and jumped up. He walked over to the TARDIS and gave orders to Kate and the rest of UNIT to round up the raptors and make sure they don't bite - ropes around their mouths to stop their teeth.

The Doctor ran back to the TARDIS with no Amelia inside. The first of the raptors were being rounded up and sent inside of the headquarters to the TARDIS. The Doctor guided the raptors (and their trainers) down into a large pen in the depths of the ship. This was to be their home until the Doctor could find a suitable place for them to go. Eventually, after all of the raptors were placed inside the TARDIS, Amy re-entered (her leg was feeling a lot better now) and walked slowly upstairs - she wanted to rest.

The TARDIS swooshed away from the UNIT headquarters with Kate giving a big wave. the Doctor set for the next location to be in the prehistoric era and one by one, the dinosaurs left the TARDIS with the doctor untying their mouth-guards. After many hours of safely retrieving each from the pen and bringing it out, the Doctor had finished. Amy left her bedroom and pondered back down to the console room saying hello to the Doctor. The Doctor, now dinosaur-free, returned back to New York. He had to confront the enemy: Doctor Michael Manum.

The TARDIS swooshed into the room where Michael Manum was talking to the watchers. but before that happened:

As the bi-plane rushed across New York, Manum was looking noticeably cross. His plan to raid New York with the raptors had failed, how would he explain this to the Watchers? But the Watcher could tell this happened. He spoke loud and clear, "I knew this would happen. I knew it! You could never defeat the Doctor. You better start running before I take you away..."
"I'm sorry, I.." Michael began to stutter but the look on the Watcher's face was appalled. He took the Watcher's advise and began running. He jumped to the ladder and began climbing for his life. He looked below and spotted a pile of ash - It was Komplize, he had been destroyed. Was that to happen to him as well? He climbed harder and harder and harder.

At the top of the ladder, he knew he was done for - the Doctor stood in a demeaning way, handcuffs in hand.
"You're going to be taken to the Shadow Proclamation." said the Doctor, emotionless
"No use, the Watchers will get me" replied Manum.

Without warning, the body of Michael Manum dissolved into ash. It fell slowly down the ladder-well. The Doctor managed to catch a few ash and put them into a jar that he'd pulled out of his pocket.
"Going to examine that later... Now... Who are these watchers?" pondered the Doctor. But ponder no more; the entire white block began changing colour, slowly, to a red shade. Seconds go on and the Doctor tells Amy to run. A red building can mean only one thing, danger.

Both of them managed to exit the building before a huge inferno blew out from the sides, the windows broke in terror, the doors blew away onto the apocalyptic street and there was no human life in sight. The Doctor, as curious as he was, couldn't return to where Manum was running from. the ladder had disappeared - from existence?

What were those Watchers of the Universe? and what are they going to do. This could lead into a much bigger issue but how big could it get. If Earth could be threatened so easily then what about the Universe. Even if he had no evidence, (though he had the jar of ash) he had to go see the Shadow Proclamation about it. [Shadow Proclamation are the Space Police]. So him and Amy walked back to the TARDIS.

The Doctor used his key and opened the door and pushed it inwards, you could tell he was in despair. He spoke to Amy in a soft voice,
"We'll go home and see Mr Pond, ay.", he continued, "might be a nice break before we visit the Shadow Proclamation."
Amy shuddered away from the Doctor and walked in, limping as she would be.

The Doctor sat down on one of the seats and invited Amy to do the same. Amy was tired of all the adventures. Just last week, they travelled with Rory to King Henry VIII's en suite or trying to steal back an Ood from a rich businessman.

The Doctor was getting impatient, he jumped up from the seat - giving Amy a shock - and moved to the console. Amy couldn't focus on how he was flying it but in a few seconds, they had landed. The Doctor peaked out the door before leaving the TARDIS fully. Amy closed her eyes and went to sleep (taking up the whole seat)
"The Doctor's plan is to find out who the Watchers of the Universe are" she thought, "so when he comes back, it'll be off to the Shadow Proclamation, I wonder what that'll be like... Like always probably"
