The Doctor lands in modern day Britain, home sweet home for Amy. The Doctor runs outside and knocks on the family door. A tired, yet able Rory Williams walks opens the door - it's creak shriek loud. The Doctor invites Rory onto the TARDIS, which he begrudgingly accepts. He is wearing red and black stripey pyjamas and a grey shirt which was filled with toothpaste stains.
"Change your clothes while your in there, Rory. You know where the closet room is..." asked the Doctor politely, doing his usual mocking face. Rory only replied by rolling his eyes.

As Rory entered the TARDIS, he jumped up to the see Amy, whom he kissed on the cheek before heading down to the closet room. Amy smiled at the kiss and woke up a few seconds later. The Doctor had left his tweed jacket on-top of her, presumably to keep her warm. She jumped up and hurried to meet Rory downstairs, the tweed jacket fell on the floor.

The Doctor closed the TARDIS doors, sighed and walked slowly towards the console. He picked up his tweed jacket and threw it to a railing on the side. It was noticeable that there were things left on the floor but the Doctor didn't mind. He set the coordinates for the Shadow Proclamation and return to the jacket to retrieve the jar of ash he had picked up last adventure. He opened the lid and was disgusted at the stink but his fingers plunged into the stuff and gripped some tightly. He moved them over to a part of the console, for safe-keeping and returned the jar back into his pocket.

Meanwhile, deep in the corridors of the TARDIS, Amy was following Rory down to the closet room where she found him in brand new clothing: blue jenes with a few rips, air-force trainers (which were slightly muddy, presumably from the Doctor's previous adventures) and a trench-coat from the era of the roaring twenties (maybe World War 2) . Amy also decided to change clothing, Her skinny jenes were red from blood, her converses muddy and her black hoodie was wet from the alleyways she'd skimmed through. Considering they were going to the space police, she wanted to look presentable and certainly as presentable as Rory was.
"How do I look" asked Amy after she had changed into her new clothes, her eyes were like fire when looking at her husband
"Fantastic, you look great" replied Rory looking from head to toe. She was wearing a black skirt, black leather jacket on top of a black long-sleeved t-shirt. Knee-high socks and black trainers. She wanted to look good for any space police
"Maybe a bit black though" he later touched upon.

The familiar swooshing and wheezing was heard even in the downstairs eras such as the closet room and the companions came rushing up the main floor. When the three united, the Doctor commented about the looks and went to the doors. The Doctor pushed on his tweed jacket before they left and checked his pocket to ensure his possessions were there. He seemed a bit paranoid. At the door were standing Judoon - three of them. All arms and ready to fire on the TARDIS but gave the team a saving grace. He spoke the tongue,
"wo ho plo sho blo ro flo sho yo plo tro dro sho co plo no fo kro ro mo sho yo plo tro ro so flo lo fo bla" spoke the Judoon. to the companions, it was gibberish but the Doctor responded instantly.
"to ho flo sho do plo co to plo ro dro sho flo lo flo vo flo no to ho dro sho to kro mo flo sho lo plo ro do dro sho to wo plo sho ho flo blo ro to so" replied the Doctor. by his facial expressions, the couple presumed he was telling the Judoon who they were. Amy and Rory had implied that these were the space police but weren't completely sure.

The Judoon laid down their arms and escorted the Doctor to a room with what the companions thought was the leader or officer, the Shadow Architect.
"Doctor, I didn't think you'd return after last time" spoke the woman calmly.
"Well I've got a dilemma" replied the Doctor, "Do you know anything of the Watchers of the Universe?"
"I'm afraid not, Doctor, where did you come to here of these Watchers?"

"Well it was on Earth, This man recreated an extinct animal, a very dangerous one. When I went to investigate, it was clear that the man was being controlled by what they called the Watchers of the Universe. They then killed the man, Dissolved into ash, I've got some. [he pulls out the jar of ash that he had collected before]" he hands it to the Shadow Architect who then examines it.
"If it is true that they were controlling him, then this could be a breach of Article 57, a small one, but an attempt that should be documented." replied the Shadow Architect.

"I have no idea who the Watchers of the Universe are, but clearly they aren't very friendly." spoke the Doctor. It was rare that he didn't know things and he was very keen to find out who they were. Amy whispered to Rory and giggled when he made a joke at the expense of the Judoon. The Doctor and the Architect moved into another room to discuss it so the couple of companions sat down on a velvet chair in the corner of the room. They continued to make jokes to pass the time.

The Doctor asked the Shadow Architect to launch a full-scale investigation, "The names of these criminals were claiming quite a lot. They could be in control of anything, they could gain control of the Shadow Proclamation for example... We need to start an investigation as soon as possible"
The Architect replied, "Yes Doctor, and if it turns out these are creatures of pure evil intent, then we shall wage war across the Universe to do whatever it takes to defeat them!"

War across the Whole Universe?
