This scene begins at the party where Jide later reveals his love for Patricia. On the 28th of March, which happens to be the next day of school, the Principal exposes the names of the three students that will represent the school for the Arcade cymbal scholarship program. (ACSP).
(At Jide's apartment)
Fatai: Guy, your house is the bomb!
Jide: Thanks.
Jake: Yes bro, this house is awesome. It's like the movies, man.
Jide: It's okay guys, enjoy yourselves. Can I get everyone's attention?
Jake: Everybody listen up!
Jide: Okay. You guys are officially welcome to my crib. This is the small house I live in. Although, I am presently a new student as well as a new person in the neighborhood, I came here and I met this awesome chick. I heard a lot of things about her, good and bad but I tried as much as possible to to focus on the positives...
(Meanwhile, somewhere in the house)
Tonia: Why would you give me this small chicken? Look at Jake and Jide's chicken. Can you compare the two? Please look for another piece.
Nonye: Please Tonia manage that chicken already!
Tonia: Are you raising your voice at me? All because of a little piece of chicken. Be warned Nonye before my God will stand for me!
Nonye: Please excuse me!
Tonia: (Pushes Nonye) Where do you think you are going to? All of this because they put you in charge of food, today right?
Nonye: Tonia, Please, respectfully caution yourself and stop behaving like a hairless chicken that they're about to kill.
Tonia: Nonye! Nonye! You called me a hairless chicken!
Jide: Please what's going on in this kitchen?
Tonia: I don't even want to talk about it. All because of a piece of chicken someone will be behaving like soured meat pie.
Jide: (Grins in dismay) Please, lets avoid the blackguard attitudes.
Tonia: She should give me a bigger chicken, I don't like this one. How will you give me the neck region of the chicken?
Jide: Is that what this is all about? Here (Hands her a complete pack of roasted chicken and walks to the parlor, where he can be seen by everyone).
Tonia: (Ravishingly tearing a piece of chicken while others murmur) Thank you. Finally.
Jide: Okay, back to what I was saying, I wanted to introduce somebody special. She is someone I will love to continue the journey of my life with. I know she was not expecting this kind of reception, but I believe it's worth because there is absolutely nothing you don't deserve my love. Please welcome with me, Patricia Raymond.
(Crowd jeer)
Patricia: Hello everyone, I really hope you're all enjoying the party. Jide I was not expecting this. I'm so sorry I don't even know what to say.
Jide: I've been dreaming for a day like this especially for a long time. I give up my pride, myself and my everything just to love you. Patricia, will you be the one I want?
