Chapter 2: Falling for the trap

Sona P.O.V.

Flashback
I hear a knock at the door of my - respectively the student council - office and Tsubaki, my queen, says that she and saji brought Y/N to me.

I say:" Come in !". He then comes in, but tsubaki and saji stayed outside, he bows and asks:" You wanted to talk to me in private sona ?". I'm in awe how polite he is, but then i remember why i want to talk with him. I ask him directly:" Do you know something about the supernatural world ?". He has a weird look on his face as i asked that, but then laughs a little bit.

Afterwards he asked me:" The supernatural world ? What do you mean sona, like the norse mythology, the greeks or the aztecs ?". I am a bit surprised, that he mentioned those mythologies and not the angels, the demons or at least the yokai faction, but i guess he didn't thought about them.

After i've processed what he said i say to him:" Let's play a game of chess, if you're familiar with it.". He nods and comes to my desk sitting across from me, while the chess board is ready and between us.

As we are playing i decide to go deeper and ask him another question:" Do you believe in devils, angels and god ?". After i asked him this question he stiffened up and had a little glare in his eyes.

I feel like i hit a nerve, so i want to say my excuses, but just as i want to speak, the glare shut off and he speaks:" My parents are very faithful believers in god, even I myself believe that he's out there protect humanity, as for angels and devils if god exists there's no way that those don't exist because the angels are with god and the devils with lucifer.".

And with that he moves his knight and slashes my queen on the board, marking it as a stalemate. I must say, that i'm very impressed, because that he has managed to make it a stalemate, because i'm very skilled and noone has ever managed to do that.

After the match has ended I speak to him:" Actually i'm a high-class-devil and i want to ask you you if you want to be in my peerage ?". He looked at me very tensed and says something i will never forget.

Y/N: Sona, i'm not gonna lie,  your offer is very tempting, but i have to decline it, because I have other duties that are far more important, but i think very highly of you, that you asked me and didn't try anything funny.".

And with that he leaves us in the office alone. My queen tsubaki comes to my desk and says:" A very interesting young man, don't you think Sona?". I answer quick:" Indeed, tsubaki, indeed.".

Flashback End

                           Y/N P.O.V.

During lunch i see Raphiel walking near Issei, but not so near to make it obvious, because who would want attention from this pervert. Man, i feel really sorry for ddraig, to be caught in one of the biggest perverts i've ever seen and  this isn't a compliment.

After seeing Raphiel is following Issei, I sense someone else is following him, so i focus my aura and my senses without my sight and sense it is in fact the school mascot koneko toujou, but what i'm surprised about it, is that she's not only a devil, but also half nekoshou.

Raphiel would love her, because I don't know why but she has a thing for nekos.

Also there's something wrong in the city, since i can feel somewhere in this city is a force getting stronger and it doesn't feel bad, but it feels similar to raph's power maybe she isn't the only respectively the last nephilim.

At first we have to deal with the fallen angels, there are five of them in that obvious hiding spot in the only church, I mean come on and it doesn't get repaired so it's even more obvious. Plus i'm sure the devils have in mind, that the fallen angels are here, but they are using them to get humans with sacred gears and that pisses me off.
