Zaylen Taylor is a normal teenager in the age of 18. She has an amazing boyfriend and best friend. Two siblings who can get her pissed at some points, but she loves them. And lastly she has two parents who support and love her.

"What song can we sing, well what can I sing" I tell myself as I look up songs and listen to which one we can play and sing amazing.
"I though this would be easier" I said. I was searching and searching for a song but none of them really fit something I want.
"Zaylen, can you please get the door" mom yelled from the kitchen since she was cooking.
"Can't Matthew get it" I said since I was to busy searching for the song.
"No because I am about to take a shower" he said.
"Fine" I said as I put on my slipper.
I got down stairs and opened the door. I almost cried when I saw that person. The last time I saw him was when I was saying goodbye to him and my brother since they both joined the army together.
"Omg, Johnny I missed you so much" I said as I hug him.
"I missed you too Kit-Kat" He said as he hugs me too.
When I hugged him, omg his body, and he smelled so good. What happened to the old Johnathan?
Johnathan, my good old friend. Him, my brother and I grew up together which basically means we did all the antics together. I remeber that one time we spray painted my dad's car with the pink spray we found in the garage.

"Johnathan are you going to stay for dinner" mom asked as she was cooking.
"Yeah why not" he said.
"So what places did you visit" I asked since I know that he sometimes visits different places while being in the military.
"Well I went to Rome, London, and in the United States, I've been in New Jersey" he said. "Wait did you say Rome because that is on my bucket list" I said.
"Then I promise to take you one day to Rome" he said.
"Pinky promise" I said. "Pinky promise" he said back.
I was setting up the table and my dad arrived.
"Hey shorty need help" my dad said when he kissed my forehead.
"Yeah, can you put one more plate" I said since I also needed to help my mom bring the food to the table.
"Who is joining us today, your boyfriend" he said as we went to get a plate.
"No I am" Johnathan said.
"Johnathan, it's nice seeing you again" my dad said as he gave him a hug. My dad is like a father to Johnathan since his dad left when he was just a kid.
"Its nice seeing you again too" he said.
"Now where is Veronica" dad said getting serious.
"I am here dad" she said as she sat next to me.
"I thought you went somewhere else princess" he said.
"Nope, I knew Johnathan was coming back and I wanted to see Zaylen's reaction" she said.
"Wait so you knew that he was coming" I said surprised.
"Yeah everyone knew except you since Johnathan wanted to surprise you" she said.
"That's true. I told everyone to keep it a secret since I wanted to surprise you" Johnathan said.
"Well it was an amazing surprise, Johnny" I said smiling at him.

Johnathan's P.O.V
"Thank you for the food Naomie" I said as I finished my food.
"Yeah mom the food was great. Now may Johnathan and I be excuse to leave the table" Matthew said as we got mine and his plate.
"Yeah just be here before midnight" his mom told him. He got the plates as I helped him with the cups and we headed to the kitchen.
"Where are we going" I said since he has to have a reason why we got out of the table early.
"We are going to get some beer" he said.
"Isn't to late to go to a bar" I said even though I knew it's never to late to go to a bar.
"We aren't going to a bar, we are just going to a gas station to get some beers" he said as we got inside his car.
"Alright" I said.
"Can I ask you something" Matthew asked when he got a sip of his beer.
"Yeah sure man" I tell him.
"You had and still do have a crush on Zaylen. How come you haven't told her anything" he said. He has a point. I've had a crush on her since I was 16.
"I guess I was afraid of her not feeling the same way. And now I know she doesn't since she has a boyfriend" I said.
"If I am being honest, there was a time where I was going to tell her, but then I joined the army, so what was the point of me telling her if we weren't going to see each other as often" I tell him since it was dead silent when I told him.
"But you guys could have done long distance relationship. Since we are being honest here, Zaylen also had a crush on you. There would be times well I would feel left out"
"Wait, is Matthew Taylor telling me that one time he felt left out" I said sarcastically.
"Let me finish. You and Zaylen would always flirt. Or do things with out all the time. But it took time to realize you to were in love" he said.
