The challenges we face under one sky
Are no match for your strength and will to fly
When watching this beauty of the Earth
I am stunned by its meaning and its worth
As much as you are important to fight
When you give up, I am always your light
To see through the caves of this imperfect
World we claim to be, when the current
Time we face has its ebb from flows given
One more chance is there, it is just hidden.
No matter what, you are good enough for
Many people, and your boat will land on shore
The moment we live has its times of doubt
But I am here to guide you through these clouds,
And through the sunny days which might seem rare
I will be a force to attack despair
That rides in your heart. Your dark will escape
Among this brave climb, you will look back at those days
Where this moment is a tough time endured
By you, being strong enough to help cure
Peoples who have been in your pathway too
Life has its surprises, without a clue
Not one amount or ounce of such fear
Hugging them softly because you are dear
To their presence. When rain drips, and it pours,
Remember the things you are thankful for.
Help is given and received with such grace
Because exchanging hope is good. This place
Might not enable your sense to move on
And forward, but I believe you are strong.
As I look around once again, I see
This beautiful space, it belongs to me
And to you, reader. Take time to cherish
This land of hearts. After we are perished,
The memories and sights will never fade.
The shards are broken, but goodness will stay...
