11:30

Evy POV

"Miss Evy, Mrs Williams just call to remind you that it was 11:30" confusedly said Mrs Julie, my 'new assistant'. "And ..." I replied, " I don't know, she just told me to remind you that it was 11:30 so I thought it was some private code between you and your mom so I didn't ask for more explanation." she said quickly. " Owww it's ok don't worry about it my mum is like that... unpredictable and please call me by my name and don't be shy around me." Finally, then she let out a silent sigh and give me a slight recomforting smile. Mrs Julie is one of our most experienced workers. She has been working for my dad for about 9 years and now that I am the new CEO, she works for me, even though I was close to her when I was younger, I still feel her nervousness around me now.

While I was still chatting with Mrs Julie, my phone started to ring and obviously it was my mom. Mrs Julie made her way out and I picked up my phone and put it on loudspeaker whilst I was reviewing Mr Caleb's files. " Sooooooooo, where did you reach?" she kind of sang, what the hell is wrong with her? Oh my god, is she on DRUGS? "What are you talki..." Oh shoot I remember now, ohhhh I had to go on that stupid date, I just forgot cause I didn't include it to my schedule. "Don't worry I'm leaving just now.", I lied as I quickly sort my things out and rushed to my car.

In less than 15 minutes I reached there, great I'm early. Fortunately, I brought my laptop with me so I started replying some emails whilst waiting for Mark. Ohh no it's Jack. Ok ow, that will be embarrassing, I think I'm just going to let him introduce himself then talk.

11:50 - Zack POV

"OH LORD, my sorry ladies and gentlemen but I planned on finishing this meeting at about latest 11:30 because I have a dat meeting huhaa" I cough, "lunch meeting with some clients so I better get moving. Maybe we can finish that debate tomorrow." with that said I nodded and left the meeting room half walking slash running. I ran into my office to grab my car keys and made my way to the parking area. As I was going down the elevator, UNfuckingFORTUNATELY, Nicholas entered the lift. " awwww someone is in a rush." He said wiggling around and softly poking me with his elbow. " Ahh live me alone, my just saving your fat ass from my mom's call dumbass," I said annoyingly. "Ya, ya sure!" I hate those kinds of situation because I am the one who makes jokes and I'm not used to be THE JOKE.

Finally, the lift reached the basement and I walked out slowly waving at Nick. "Don't get jealous while I'm gone. I'll be back soon!" As the elevator's door shut, I ran to my car and swiftly drove to the bubble tea shop. Oh god, I'm already late.

I reached there at ten past noon and I literally ran into the shop. The restaurant was almost empty and there was just two couples, a bunch of teenagers and a girl on her laptop. That must definitely be her. Her back faced me and suddenly I felt kind of nervous. This has never happened to me before. I walked to her table.

"Hi ehhh I'm Zachary, are you here waiting for someone?" I asked nervously

" Ya hello, I'm supposed to meet someone ...." after a long pause she said ... " Jack or Mark I think" she replied sorrily

"Maybe it might possibly be Zack" I whisper said it

She instantly turned red, closed her eyes and cursed underneath her breath.

Ok she's funny that a good first impression

She stood up and apologized, "sorry!!! I' really sorry Hi Jack, noooo sorry Z.A.C.K" she said hitting her head slightly and I left out a small chuckle.
