Chapter 5

Andy's POV
If there is one thing more annoying than being sick is being sick IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER. Great, just fucking amazing ! I was supposed to go to the club tonight but I guess that's not happening. I texted my boss to tell him that I wouldn't be able to work today and drifted off in a heavy sleep.
I woke up to the annoying sound of my phone ringing and I saw Harvey's name on the screen. Shit, I had forgot to warn him, he is gonna be mad.
"Hiiiiiiiii" I said picking up the phone
" Where the hell are you ? It's almost 9pm and you're supposed the be here to help rehearse my choreography ! " he screamed at the phone .
"I'm so sorry boo, I am sick and I told Fred ( the bar owner) that I wouldn't be able to make it but I totally forgot to tell you"
"It's okay hun, don't worry but if you feel better could you at least come to correct me on my moves as you clearly are a better dancer than me? " my best friend asked.
And of course I couldn't say no to him. Plus, I feel a bit better now. I certainly do not think that I'm a better dancer than him. I started to dance two years ago at the night club. Freddy did know I was under age so he let me dance but didn't allow me to drink alcool and he made sure I wasn't going home with anybody. When I started pole dancing it was to be more confident about my body, I needed to feel sexy because I was very insecure. But as I carried on through the years it just became a hobby. And I taught Harv how to dance a few months after I started. Now I am working at the bar because I now that if I become famous I don't want people to remember me as the gay boy who does pole dance for a living.

"Hello And, are you felling better? I'm sorry I made you come but I'm so anxious about tonight, Mikey is coming and I want to impress him! "
"Wow this is the first time you're self conscious about your dancing skills! You seem to like him a lot ! " I said surprised because Harvey never felt in love or even had a serious relationship, he always said that he was better off without someone to worry about all the time and that sex was all he was looking for at the moment.
"Well I obviously don't have feelings for him or anything as we just meet yesterday, but there is something special about him, I could listen to him talk all day without getting bored, he is so intelligent and funny and he is very good at telling stories. "
" Okaaaaaay you're definitely under his spell "
"I don't know but I am willing to give him a chance. Speaking about boys, Mike is coming with his best friend tonight and he said that you're just his type, that is also one of the reasons why I wanted you to come so badly." He explained.
"As much as I want to see that mysterious boy, I can't, I'm sick and I don't want his first impression of me to be like that !"
"We're gonna make a deal : I'm gonna go and rehearse, and in two hours I'm gonna check on you, if you fell better, you come with me and you meet the mysterious boy, and if you don't, you go home to rest. How does that sound ? "
"Alright, deal !" I said even when I was very unsure about that. I always seem to let my best friend drag me into the weirdest and most catastrophic situations.

I now I'm evil, y'all just want to see Randy together and I'm not making it happening....yet. But it will happen soon I promise . I just want the characters to develop on their own to have you understand them better and to also understand the things they are gonna do later on. Also, there will be smut but not quite yet. So if you're not comfortable with it I suggest you skip the chapters in question . And last but not least don't hesitate to ask me some questions if you want to.
