I'm trying to help

I'm trying my hardest to tell her
That he's going to do this again and again
I know because I went through this for four years.
He's controlling her
I'm trying to get her out
She's crying over him.
He said she's not good enough.
She's staying with him.
He knows he can get away with lashing out at her with her leaving.
He knows
This is what I didn't want to happen
She thinks she loves him.
She thinks he loves her.
He would not tell her that she wasn't good enough if he loved her.
He would not get mad at her for hanging out with friends if he loved her.
He would not hurt her emotionally if he loved her.
But that's exactly what he's doing.
He doesn't love her.
