Chapter 10

Jade's P.O.V

I've never realized how hard trying to walk is when you can't see, especially in sand, and heels. I'm getting very anxious waiting on what Luke did.

"Okay you can open your eyes now." Luke says.

When I open my eyes I can't believe what I see. Luke set up a candle lit dinner on the beach for the two of us.

"Oh my gosh Luke did you do this just for me?"

"Yeah with a little help from the boys."

"It's so sweet!" I say hugging him.

"And for dinner I got your favorite."

"Are we having crispy chicken strips and Mac and Cheese?" I say excitedly.

"Yep. And for dessert I got peanut butter brownies."

"Yay!"

We ate our dinner for a while and once we were done I suggested going into the water.

"But we don't have our swim suits!" Luke says.

"But we have our underwear which is like a swim suit but different fabric!" I say laughing.

"You want me to go in my boxers."

"Come on Luke no ones here don't be a baby."

"Fine!"

We both stripped down to our underwear and ran into the ocean.

"Oh my gosh it's so cold." I say.

"Come on Jade don't be a baby." He said splashing me.

"Shut up." I say tackling him and we both fell backwards into the water and start laughing.

We stayed in the water for a little bit then we got out and Luke laid down a big blanket and we just laid there and looked up at the stars.

"Have you ever seen anything more beautiful than this?" I asked Luke looking at all the stars.

"Yes."

"And what is that." I say looking at him.

"You."

"Awe Luke." I say kissing him.

We start kissing harder and you know how that ended up last time well it happened again ;). Once we were done we gathered everything up and headed home.

"I can't believe you didn't want to go in the ocean because you were afraid of people seeing you in your underwear, but you didn't care about doing that." I say laughing.

He didn't say anything he just laughed. We finally pulled up to the house and I said goodnight to him and went to bed. But before I went to bed I sent Luke this message.

JADE: Thanks babe for taking me on the best date ever I had a lot of fun. :)

LUKE: Your welcome I love you :)

JADE: Love you too!
