Pleto and Red looked out the window of the Atlesian airship. As they were on their way to Beacon, they looked down and saw the many buildings of Vale below them.
"This is the first I've ever been off the ground and in the sky." Red said, gazing upon the the buildings below.
"Yeah, I can say the same." Pleto remarked, "The view is really breathtaking."
Pleto looked around the ship seeing all the many other hunters and huntresses in training look out the windows as well. "There sure are a lot of other hunters and huntresses here." he said.
"Well, it's not like we're the only ones who want to become true hunters." replied Red.
"Right, right. We should make some friends here." said Pleto looking around.
"What? Why? We got us, we're good friends, is that not enough?" asked Red giving a confused look.
"No, no we're fine. We're great friends, but soon, we're going to be in teams, and we may not end up on the same one. It might be best to make some friends so if that were to happen, we might at least know some other people."
Red gave a sigh, and put his hands behind his head as usual, "Okay then. So, what complete stranger do you want to talk to?" he asked.
Pleto looked around at all the other people in the ship. One person caught his eye; A boy with light clothing with dark blue colors. He had grey hair as well. He was looking out the window with a straight face.
"There's someone." Pleto said. He walked over to the person, and looked out the window right beside him. Red followed, but didn't seem interested in talking. "How about this view, huh? It's pretty neat, wouldn't you agree?" said Pleto, trying to start a conversation.
The person just continued to look out the window, "Yes." he said calmly. He didn't seem like he wanted to talk.
"Am I bothering you?" asked Pleto.
The person shook his head, "No."
"Well, my name is Pleto. What's yours?"
"My name is Lloyd." he replied finally looking at Pleto. Lloyd looked like he was scanning Pleto as he just stared at him with his deep sea eyes. He gave a slight smile. "You may be a nice partner to have." he finally said.
Pleto was a bit confused what he meant by that, "What do you mean?" he asked.
My semblance is being able to pick out minute details on faraway objects. Your weapon, was something I picked out last night. That's your weapon right?"
Yes?" replied Pleto still a bit confused.
Well, you sure fight well with it." he said.
Pleto gave a slight bow to Lloyd to show gratitude, "Thank you."
The two just stood there in silence not sure what to say.
Pleto finally spoke, "Well, it was nice to meet you Lloyd."
Lloyd gave nod, "Likewise." he replied.
Pleto was about to leave, when someone else made their way to them. His hair was completely white, and his eyes were gray. He had regular white clothes on, with two metal pauldrons on his shoulders. Both of them had several scratches on them. He also had a pretty big build to him.
"Hey Lloyd." he said in a casual tone, "Who's this guy?"
Lloyd turned to him, "Hello Orin. Finished walking around the ship?"
"Yeah, it was getting boring, so I headed back. Anyway, who's this guy here?"
Pleto spoke up. "My name is Pleto. It's a pleasure to meet you Orin."
