Chapter 26

Roni's POV:
That party was a really fun way to wrap up Where's My Romeo! I had so much fun dancing with Aaron all night. A little after midnight, everyone was out of the house and we were finished cleaning up. I guess Nessa and Marco went upstairs cuz I haven't seen them in a while. "You ready to go to sleep?" Aaron asks and I nod. "I'm really tired." I say as we walk up the stairs. My parents can sleep through anything so they fell asleep hours ago. "My dad said you and Marco can stay here tonight if you guys wanted to. I'm assuming Marco's in Nessa's room with her. Do you wanna stay with me?" I ask hopefully with puppy dog eyes. "I don't know. I'm really not in the mood ya know." he teases me. Two can play that game! "Ok then. I'll see you whenever. Bye!" I say and open the door for him. "Wait, Roni, I was just kidding!" he says and hugs me. I giggle. "That's more like it!" I say and we go into my room. I take a shower and get ready for bed and Aaron does the same when I'm finished. We get into my bed and cuddle because my room is really cold. "Good night Roni." he says and kisses my forehead. "Good night Aaron." I say and close my eyes. "I love you." he whispers. I smile and say, "I love you too." We fall asleep with his arms wrapped around me and I honestly feel like the most protected person in the world. Aaron makes me feel so safe! I'm gonna marry him some day.

Aaron's POV:
I wake up to the bright rays of sunlight coming through the window. It's almost my birthday and I've decided that I want to go on a birthday trip to Lake Tahoe with Roni. I've already told Laurex about it and they thought it was a great idea so I'll tell Roni when she wakes up. Her eyes start to open and I kiss her forehead. "Good morning princess." I quietly say to her. "Good morning." she says while stretching. We get up, get dressed, and go downstairs for breakfast. We make pancakes together and then sit at the table to eat them. I guess Varco's still sleeping. "Hey Roni, can I ask you something?" I say. "Sure. What is it?" she responds. She seems kinda worried so I should probably get to the point quickly so she's not upset for too long. "You know how my birthday's coming up soon?" I start. She nods and I continue, "I'm planning a trip to Lake Tahoe for a couple days and I'm wondering if you'd like to join me for my birthday there." I huge smile forms on her face. "I'd love to!" she said excitedly. I smile and we finish our breakfast while talking about the details about the trip. We've agreed that I can vlog everything but we aren't going to announce that we're dating for a little while. Maybe a couple months, who knows?

Roni's POV:
I'm so excited to go to Lake Tahoe with Aaron for his birthday! It's going to be so much fun! I'm allowing him to vlog while we're there but I'm not quite ready to tell people about our relationship yet. We decide that we're gonna go to the gym today and then go to the mall to get some warmer clothes for the trip. I wonder what Nessa and Marco are doing today.

Nessa's POV:
When we wake up, RonRon is already out of the house. They left a note saying where they were going today, what they were doing and when they'd be back. Marco and I decided to have a lazy day today. We got a bunch of snacks and cuddle on the couch to watch Netflix. We're watching Pitch Perfect because I haven't seen that movie in a long time and I want to show Marco it because he's never seen it. I think he'll like it. It's a really good movie!
