It was thirty minutes prior the supposed meeting, so both Taehyung and Jimin took their time in preparing themselves for it. They were five minutes away from the meeting place anyway.

Jimin was especially anticipating the visit. He had not seen his three friends in forever. He sure did miss a few familiar faces.

"Hyung," Taehyung called out, referring to Jimin, whilst checking on his phone. "I gotta call Hoseok and tell him I'd probably be going to work later in the afternoon. You can go ahead if you want to."

"No it's fine," Jimin dismissed the idea immediately. "I can wait."

Taehyung gave him nothing more than a slight nod, before tapping on the call button in his phone and waiting for his colleague to pick up.

Thankfully, the latter did within a few rings. "Tae," he called out rather breathlessly. "I've been looking for you almost everywhere, where are you?"

"I'm sorry I didn't inform you sooner, hyung," Taehyung said into the phone, feeling sorry for his friend. "Jimin's back from the States and I have things to take care of this morning. But I'll make it there somewhere in the afternoon."

On the other end of the line, he heard Hoseok mutter out a few curses under his breath, barely resisting the urge to laugh out loud.

"You do just that Taehyung-ah," Hoseok said rather understandingly after a few moments instead. "While I suffer Mr Lee's annoyingness alone."

Taehyung let out his laugh at this one. Both he and Hoseok had always disliked their boss with a burning passion. So, as soon as both of them were done with their criticisizing, Taehyung decided to hang up.

"What'd he say?" Jimin asked immediately after Taehyung had put down his phone.

"We're good to go," the latter replied instead, grabbing his mobile phone and everything he figured he needed. Jimin followed shortly after, trotting his way towards Taehyung, also grabbing whatever he needed.

The walk was short, with neither Jimin nor Taehyung exchanging more than ten seconds of words between each other. Once they finally arrived their destination, though, Taehyung slipped off his shoes and quietly made his way inside the apartment, with both Namjoon and Seokjin already patiently waiting for the both of them inside.

Once Jimin had followed Taehyung in as well, he was immediately engulfed in a bone-crushing hug. "Jimin-ah!" Seokjin exclaimed way too excitedly for anyone in the room to care. "It's been so long. You've grown so skinny! See this is what happens when you don't bring someone like me along overseas." Then Jimin was dragged into the kitchen, alongside a quite long stretch of food that was previously, and quite passionately as well, made by Seokjin.

Meanwhile, Namjoon just smiled his dimple smile and looked at Jimin from afar, already contented with that proximity though he hasn't seen the younger in a long time. Beside him stood Taehyung, who wore the same bright smile as the elder.

"It seemed like ages since we all had a reunion like this," Namjoon stated. "Jin hyung has been stressing about this meeting all day."

To which Taehyung suppressed a laugh. "It really has been ages."

Then it took a while for the conversation to start up again, thanks to the way Seokjin had been feeding Jimin with all the treats he could possibly find. It took a lot not to squeeze some humour into that.

Taehyung and Namjoon soon sat down on the couch. The former looked around the place, eyeing almost every furniture that stood in the room. Everything was so modern and organised, nothing like his house was nor had been. He suddenly caught a glimpse of a tall bookcase, possibly containing almost fifty books, and possibly all of which belonged to Namjoon. But on each shelf, there were pictures. But he couldn't quite make them out from the distance he was at.
