As most of you know, I really wanna get Suspect 2 in production as my next book after Attention Whore. If you haven't read Attention Whore, I strongly recommend that you do. It's a great book to read while you're waiting for Suspect 2.
Now for the reasons I am reaching out to guys.
...I'm having a hard time starting off Suspect 2 and I really need a second opinion on it. So please, if you don't mind helping me out, pick one of the two starting points that you would be interested in.👇👇👇
Starting Point 1) The Past
-Goes back in time to when all of the kids are still growing up
-Mehki is still in jail
-Shows beginning, and ending of Ashanti and MacKenzie's relationship
-Shows how Ashanti got pregnant
-Shows more of Mehki's life before he gets booked
-Reveals details on Kahlil's life and his past
-Will require a lot of PATIENTS from readers due to being a longer book
Starting Point 2) After Suspect's Ending
-Shows the aftermath of Mehki going to jail
-Picks up where Suspect ended
-Shows resolution between Ashanti and her lovers aka her baby daddy and MacKenzie
-Picks up with Kahlil still college with a baby on the way but reveals a shocking secret when he returns to Manhattan
-Even though it'll pick up from Suspect's Ending, I'll still have Flashback scene
- Requires some PATIENTS
