SAM'S P.O.V
It's the time. I was about to perform. We prayed at the backstage, cheered together, and they let me to own the stage for the next one hour.
"Hey guys! How you doing?!" I spoke from behind the curtain and once I appeared on stage, the crowd went crazy. Heck, I didn't know that I got this many of fans.
"What do you want to hear first?" I asked them through the microphone. It's really loud I barely heard anything. But then I know I got to decide something.
"Well actually the boys are backstage, and they didn't know it yet. So let's make a surprise." I chuckled. "My first song would be A Little More You by Before You Exit, as my thank you song to them, for asking me to join the tour. So dudes, this is for you."
I shut my eyes and started strumming my guitar. I played the acoustic one, even though I got the full additional band member behind me to help with the piano, guitar, bass, and drums.
I did the song perfectly, I guess, or I hope so. At least the crowd cheered me. I put down my guitar then went to piano. I sang Jar Of Hearts by Christina Perri, The Voice Within by Christina Aguilera, and some other songs. Can't believe that my one hour has finally done. It's time to...
"ARE YOU GUYS HAVING FUN WITH SAM?!" Riley's voice made these girls going crazy. Some of them yelled ot Riley. Yeah, this boy jumped out of the curtain, shocked everybody.
"Hey Sam!" Riley spoke through the microphone and unexpectedly landed a kiss on my cheek. Pardon the breathless Sam.
"Hey Riley!" I hugged him a while just to match up that kiss on the cheek thing.
"So guys, since Connor Toby Thomas and Ryan are too lazy to play, we're doing some acoustic thing first to you. Yeah!" Riley shouted. "And the first song would be Lucky by Jason Mraz! Check this out."
Riley and I put the microphone on it's stand, got the guitar, sit side by side, strumming the thing.
...Lucky I'm in love with my best friend...
We end the song with the last guitar strum. The crowd cheered seriously loud, louder than before. I don't know, it's probably because Riley. Oh wait, I haven't opened my eyes yet. Kinda habit. I opened my eyes a while later and I saw....
"What?" I mouthed. He looked at me so deep, and close...
"Nothing." He winked.
Heck I have no idea if the crowd can see the wink or something but after all, they got crazier over and over again. Probably yeah, they can.
"Are you guys dating?!" One voice shocked us both, it came from the crowd.
"Uh, what? No..." I shook then bowed my head.
"Would love to..." Riley stared at me again without hesitation.
"Are you kidding me?" I whispered, tried to snap him back to reality.
"I'm not." He chuckled. "Oh yeah, would love to. What do you guys think?"
"Bring it on!" Another girl answered.
"Aw thank you!" Riley pointed to that girl on the crowd. "I'll try, wish me luck!" Riley laughed on the microphone. Dork.
"Alright! So that's it! You wanna meet my brothers? Well even though I actually don't, since I've been meeting them for almost 19 years, but for you, alright. Dudes, let's get back to work!" Riley called the boys so that's my sign to come back to the backstage.
"See you later! Thank you guys!" I waved to the crowd. But suddenly Riley pulled my waist really closely to him, kissed my forehead a bit longer, then released me.
I raised an eyebrow. Let's just count as 'what are you doing?' kind of sign.
And Riley was just smiling. Let's just count that as... I don't know. Ask Riley, not me.
