SAM'S P.O.V

Guess what?  I spent 6 months in Nashville.  Mom and Dad made me to.  I hadn't seen Orlando since the last time I left for tour with Before You Exit.  No, I hadn't gone home for a single chance ever since.  Thankfully now, the contract has done, and I'm going back.

Orlando is always being the best part of me that I couldn't find it in another city.  Not even Nashville, which I couple of times had said that it's been more likely hometown too for me.  Actually, not even close.  I got a better life in Orlando, and Nashville only offered me 1/9 of it.

Speaking about the band I used to go on tour with, and Riley the so-called boyfriend - or ex-boyfriend - I haven't heard anything else from them except from Twitter.  We followed each other, but other than that, I knew nothing about them.  And him, specifically.  We've stopped saying hi for I don't know why, I even didn't realize that.  But both of our careers were growing up on those past days, so that makes sense.

"Hello?  Anybody home?"

I heard somebody rang my door bell.  I was in my room playing piano.  8 pm.  Mom and Dad were still in Nashville.  Heck, who's that.

"A second!"

"Yeah!"  Sassy voice.  Just like Riley.  Uh, no, probably not.

I ran fastly to open the door and bam, I got a bunch of flower in front of my face, actually on my nose.  Too huge, too beautiful.

"Good evening, Ma'am."  He discovered himself by taking off the flower of my face.

"RILEY!"  I shouted.

"Yeah, missing me?"  He smirked.

"A LOT!"  I hugged him so tightly and asked him to go inside.

"No, I'm not coming inside.  I want to stay there."  He pointed to the park.  My park.  "Join me?"

Oh gosh...I saw other bunch of flowers here and there, a lap, and guitars.  I was about to cry but Riley stopped me.

"For once in your life, try not to cry."  He laughed.

"Stop being a sassy boy, Riley.  Shush. You're ruining the moment."

"Aw haha come on, join me."

He asked me to sit on the lap, on his lap actually.  He got the guitar on his hands, staring into my eyes, deep down and intense, then strummed the guitar right away.

Your hand fits in mine
Like it's made just for me
But bear this in mind
It was meant to be
And I'm joining up the dots with the freckles on your cheeks
And it all makes sense to me

I know you've never loved
The crinkles by your eyes
When you smile
You've never loved
Your stomach or your thighs,
The dimples in your back at the bottom of your spine
But I'll love them endlessly

I won't let these little things slip out of my mouth
But if I do
It's you
Oh, it's you they add up to
I'm in love with you
And all these little things

You can't go to bed without a cup of tea
And maybe that's the reason that you talk in your sleep
And all those conversations are the secrets that I keep
Though it makes no sense to me

I know you've never loved
The sound of your voice on tape
You never want
To know how much you weigh
You still have to squeeze into your jeans
But you're perfect to me

I won't let these little things slip out of my mouth
But if it's true
It's you,
It's you they add up to
I'm in love with you
And all these little things

You'll never love yourself half as much as I love you
And you'll never treat yourself right, darling, but I want you to.
If I let you know I'm here for you
Maybe you'll love yourself like I love you, oh.

And I've just let these little things slip out of my mouth
'Cause it's you,
Oh, it's you,
It's you they add up to
And I'm in love with you
And all these little things

I won't let these little things slip out of my mouth
But if it's true
It's you,
It's you they add up to
I'm in love with you
And all your little things

We ended the night perfectly.  He sang it beautifully to me, the song I really loved to hear everyday.  We kissed under the stars, at the front park of my house.  So awkwardly awesome.

"Wanna sing it again for me?"  I pecked his lips.

"Not now.  I got forever to show you."  He leaned another kiss.  "I love you so much.  Be mine?"

"I love you too...  And yes, Riley."

"I'm in love with you...and all your little things..."

I shut my eyes with Riley humming those words repeatedly in my ears.  I love this life.  Orlando, Nashville, and Orlando again.  And a lover.  Thank you.
