Chapter 4: Battle of Trials

(Y/n) POV

I run into the classroom just as the bell rings and catch my breath from all the running. After all that talking about setting my alarm clock to a bit later, it broke. bRokE.

I quickly take my seat and look out the window. 'I'm so glad I'm in Aizawa-Sensei's class, he's always late, so I don't get marked late as easily.' I think.

The door slides open but there's no one there. 'OMG, why is this so creepy' I think. And then I see sensei, he's just on the ground. He was moving into the classroom like a caterpillar. 'Okay, yup, that always works. How did I not think of that.'

He slowly stands up, while everyone wonders how he got up in a sleeping bag, and starts to talk.

"Today, we will be having a battle of trials test," he announces

"What's that?"

"Is this another exam?"

"Are we getting expelled for real this time?"

"No, you are not getting expelled for real, and yes it is an exam. What do you think test means?" he says, astonished of our stupidity. "I'm going to pair you up into groups of two, and then..." he pauses.

"What's wrong sensei?"

"I'm tired."

"What?"

"I'm tired, so I'm going back to sleep. All Might will explain the rest. Good night."

"What? Are you serious? Did he just start sleeping during the middle of his class because he's tired? TIrEd?"

We all sigh and as we try to inhale...

"I HAVE COME IN THROUGH THE BACK DOOR TO SURPRISE THE CLASS!"

"KYAAAAAA... oh its All Might."

"Since Aizawa-Sensei is sleeping, I'm going to explain the rest of what's going to happen for the battle of trials," he says as we walk outside to the examination area. "I will pair you up into groups of two, and you'll either be the hero team or the villain team. The hero team will try and steal the bomb back from the villains and the villains have to protect the bomb from the heroes. You have 30 minutes to do this, then time's up."

"This seems like fun!"

"Yes. This is indeed something to look forward to. But we must take this seriously, for it is our first hero training class."

"I can't wait!!!"

"I can definitely wait."

"I hope I have a strong partner..."

"SHINEEEEEE"

"I will now announce the groups, the groups are:

Midoriya & Uraraka: Team A

Todoroki & (L/n): Team B

Yaoyorozu & Mineta: Team C

Bakugou & Iida: Team D

Ashido & Aoyama: Team E

Kouda & Satou: Team F

Kamijirou: Team G

Tokoyami & Asui: Team H

Ojirou & Hagakure: Team I

Zero & Kirishima: Team J"

I pause for a bit and glance at Todoroki. He looks back and just nods. He opens his mouth to say something, but I realize that it's something along the lines of 'I'll freeze everything so you don't have to worry about anything' or 'I can deal with this myself, so don't interfere'.
